Q our server was great ! Food was exceptional. Definitely will be back.
It started out a little shaky. No one came to our table after we were seated for over 10 minutes. When we finally received service, they were out of 2 wines that we first asked for. But our waiter Hunter and assistant were excellent! The food was outstanding! So this made up for our beginning experience. We would definitely go back to The Prime Rib.
The Prime Rib was a excellent choice for the evening. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the waitstaff was awesome. The one thing I believe they could improve on is the cocktail menu by offering more and better selections.
Service was outstanding as we were totally spoiled by our waiter and his staff. Food was delicious and the signature cocktails were outstanding! We will be back for the holidays!
I asked for a glass of champagne and twice only got a half full glass!!!

Our server Paulina was fantastic and very very efficient. She evenly spread out our meal to the tee with appetizers, main entree, and drinks. I can't tell you how impressed we were with her service. Even gave us fresh-cut lime and lemons with water at the time of seating. After appetizers- gave us warm towels to wipe our hands before dinner. CONGRATS TO Prime Rib for a great employee. We are there every month and this experience by far was our best. Paulina, thank you for a great dinner experience.
Food was average not worth price. Very dimly lit difficult to see menu. Staffers were phenomenal.
This was our second time there totally outstanding both times great food tender steak everything the waiters that you have there are super nice I've been to a lot of places it's one of the finest places I've ever been and I have the service that you have you should be commended cuz you cannot get good service today but you're very fortunate to have a good help we thank you ever so much and we'll always come back there
