Iâve the ambiance, food was delicious and my family enjoyed it as well
The food is really good. Jason, our server was dope. The actual wine selection (vs the menu) needs help, but I survived. Ha! Enjoy!
We had Tyler as our server and he hooked us up! Bottomless mimosas for brunch with lots of delicious food. The hangover special sandwich was so good. It comes with a refreshing side salad and nicely seasoned potatoes. The breakfast pizza was also great. Nice atmosphere, good music, and fantastic menu.
The Hadley is one of the go to places if you are looking for bottomless mimosas in Philly. I ordered the breakfast pizza to accompany the drinks and was very satisfied. The interior is well designed with nice music playing on a Saturday afternoon.
My friends and I decided to have Brunch here after walking around the Art Museum area.I must say that the decor is nice and clean. It is definitely an Instagram content creating atmosphere, as it’s aesthetically appealing. We arrived at 11:45am and we were greeted and seated right away; we had reservations. We placed our drinks order and received them in a timely manner. We got bottomless mimosas and that was so worth it; the drinks were strong and not watered down like some places. The food was a little underwhelming. There was a live DJ that provides good vibes.
My food was very good though others werenât quite as satisfied. The service was abominable. And it didnât seem as though the restaurant was short staffed. We couldnât get silverware or water and waited forever to have our order taken. I couldnât even get sugar for my iced tea. The server was very pleasant but spoke so softly we didnât understand him. Eventually, the entrees came, before the appetizers. The manager finally got involved but he was much more concerned with himself than our complaints. But I thoroughly enjoyed my watermelon salad and ravioli, so it wasnât a total lost cause.
We were a party of five. We all were finally there by 7:15 . There Wes NO ONE inside of the restaurant..everyone was seated outside. We order one meal which was a burger. The rest of us ordered appetizers. It took almost an hour to get our food and they still needed to go back and get my salad. The service was beyond slow. The only thing that came out fast was the bill which was presented to us at 9:45…and of course the gratuity was included. The drinks are overpriced and the food was not bad but a very limited selection. Complaining to the manger, Henry, was useless. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not waste me time again.
Walked by after a trip to the Art Museum. It looked great so we asked the hostess for a table. She gave a withering stank-face look at our (completely well-behaved 8 y.o.) seated us -- without a word -- at the worst possible table in a half-empty restaurant. We waited 15 minutes without getting menus, water, or having a server stop by. (There were at least three servers walking around serving other tables. We took the hint and left. Not sure if the issue was that we had a kid with us, that we're middle-aged or the servers are just clueless, but this utter lack of service gets them a permanent ban. It's a shame because we live close by and would have been frequent customers if they had bothered to provide even mediocre service.
Wonderful experience, no complaints
Great vibe for outdoor/ indoor eating. Don’t come hungry. The kitchen to table service is a long wait as if they are understaffed and unprepared. Between the long wait and the just okay presentation and food so again don’t come hungry or you’ll be disappointed. The points are mainly for the appeal. It has potential to do better.
