The outdoor seating was lovely. The salmon was exceptional and my husband enjoyed the falafel. Our waiter brought us glass of Prosecco because it was our anniversary which was much appreciated. The service was a bit slow but we were in no hurry. This was a delightful start to our visit at The Barnes.
Our server, Lew, was great. The food was ok, but took a long time. We had a party of 8, so that could make a difference. The food is not kid friendly. The garden was beautiful & quiet and we enjoyed our time there. The Barnes Foundation was awesome!
Not an extensive menu but a really good mix/selection. It was beautiful sitting outside. Food was really tasty an service was excellent. Was able to easily find metered parking right outside so paid $3.00.
Very good food that is much better than in most museum linked cafes in beautiful tasteful setting.
Healthy options, delicious cauliflower and steak frites. The garden was a delight to see while eating - we even spotted a bunny! The interior design is a joy in this place, along with all the little details.
Meeting old friends we hadn’t seen in decades. The staff was friendly, cheerful and personable. The food was excellent, beyond my expectations. No one ever made us feel we were overstaying our welcome and we stayed a long time. The room was elegant and matched the ambiance of the Barnes Foundation museum. One wall was made of large windows that overlooked a shady, sheltered patio with outdoor dining, so lots of light. It was a lovely peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city.
Everything was excellent Staff was friendly and efficient We don’t mind the higher prices to support the museum
Delicious food, great service, and attention to detail. They made up for a small food snafu by taking it off the bill.
