The scones here are the best in the city. The cold brew coffee may be the best too... tastes just like chocolate. One last thing - the chocolate chip-nutella muffins. You're Welcome.

Just moved from London and found my new morning spot. Everything looks great, but right now I'm enjoying the breakfast Cookie. Perfectly cooked, which for me means very soft, and packed with fruit/nuts/oats.

I can't remember if I left a review or not but wanted to do so now. I stopped by today and said thank you, but let me share a quick story. I stopped by this wonderful shop on June 11th because it said it had gluten- free desserts and so I did stop by this shop. On my way around the city gathering things for my small wedding the following day. I walked in and asked a delightful young man if I could buy the whole gluten free almond berry cake, to which he said I could, which I did. And the next day it was used as our wedding cake, and a slice saved for next year's anniversary. I wanted to just say how polite the staff was and how helpful they were and how delicious the cake had been. Thank you for making our day delicious and special.

This is a world class bake shop tucked away in a very small store front. I’ve been going here, albeit infrequently, since I moved to Philadelphia five years ago. The baked goods offered are varied and delicious. Expect to see and taste things that you haven’t tried before. They also have the staples such as a chocolate chip cookie or a rice crispy square, but I’d say be adventurous if you can. I often tend towards their babka muffins and you cannot go wrong with those! The drink offerings are also good as well. I just had a great iced coffee. My only hope is that one day they’ll expand the store front or move closer to me in north west Philly.

I like this place, but the wait times are insane. Every time I order from here I order at least 20 min. in advance. When I come to get it, it’s always at least another 30 minutes… That’s crazy. I waited an hour for three breakfast sandwiches. I’m glad they are busy but they need to post accurate wait times on their app.

I regret finding out about this place because I’ll be here all time now ?. Whew! What a great bakery. I’ve only tried the babka & apple cake but have my eyes on some other treats—specifically, the chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon bun.So the babka muffin. It’s layered and gooey and a perfect chocolatety cinnamonny bready treat. The muffin was served warm & WOW. Great with morning coffee and several napkins. The apple cake. Moist on the inside, just enough crust at the top, and so very delicious. It taste like a warm hug from a loving grandmother. Very generous portion, so you’ll have enough for the next day (and maybe even the day after that, if you have self control).

I believe the reason I can only give this bakery shop for three stars for now is because we probably come here too late so we couldn't try their most popular bakery items (Sticky buns & Babka muffin). We ordered "Apricot scone" & "Walnut oat bar" with a cup of cold brewed coffee for our first time visit to have our dessert/coffee/afternoon tea time.[Apricot scone]: I'm not a big fan of apricot, but this was the option left with the fruit topping. Their scone was unexpectedly soft & was not too sweet, which made me want to come back to try their other scones.[Walnut oat bar]: It had a thin layer of jam in the middle part of the bar (probably strawberry jam) and it was pretty sweet. The oat layers were also sweeten and covered with powder sugar, which made the entire bar too sweet. It was too heavy & dense to me to eat the entire piece or without coffee/unsweetened drinks. My advice is that you should visit this place early if you want to get their signature/popular bakery items. And we're planning to come back one more time to get the full experience!

Wanted to try this place but they still required masks even after the mandate was lifted. I forgot mine. I’m from NYC - no one really cares either way there anymore. Guess Philly is still a little behind. Lost my business unfortunately

I came within the too good to go pick up timeframe at 2:59pm and the store was closed.

Insanely good pumpkin butter cake
