the steak was cooked perfectly but had zero flavor. mashed potatoes & mac and cheese were gross and they didn't include our onion rings in the order.
Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! The hostess walked around on her phone EVEN while seating patrons. I have never witnessed that at any restaurant. Even the manager greeted us while on his phone. The waitress got a few things wrong with the order even after verifying. A high level of decorum needs to be restored at this establishment. I told my party we don’t ever have to come here again, and I mean that, disrespectfully. Do better.
Upon entering it was busy understandable, Wait was about 30-45 minutes no problem. However, when they sat us down it took them almost an hour for someone to come to the table to even ask us for our drink order. Finally, the waitress comes and asks us for our drinks. Another 20 minutes she comes out with one drink not the second one nor did she leave a straw. Another 15 minutes she came back with the drink and was like oh I forgot to give you a straw. She asked would we like to start with appetizers, and we told her were ready to give that and the order considering the wait time for everything. Another 20 minutes out comes our appetizers. She then stated the food will be out in a few minutes well another 20 minutes out comes the food. I ordered the steak Medium. It was well done, and it was so hard I didn't even eat it. The mashed potatoes tasted old. Just terrible. My son ordered boneless wings and he was finding all kinds of bones in the mix. It was just the worst experience. The music was so loud you couldn't even talk. I wasn't crazy about the place from the beginning but after this experience I will never go to another one. The one off of City Ave needs new management. Even the employees were making comments about the work environment not good when customers are hearing all this. Never again!
Don't ever eat here. Food was disgusting. We had soggy French fries. Soggy burger. My hubby got ribs which was even worse hard and dry. Never again. Only thing good was drinking. Sucks that it was my birthday when I went ?
Very disappointed! The entree did not have the shrimp that was supposed to be included in the Crispy Whiskey Combo, the fries were soggy, the ribs appeared to be have been reheated several times as they were tough as cardboard, and still managed to arrive cold! The Cinnabon Caramel Pecan Cheesecake did not have the ice cream. I paid over $50 including tip for a half-rack of ribs that I could barely ingest! I gave up with the fries and the broccoli as by that time I had lost my appetite!
They have a Strawberry Henny drink which is too die for. They stay busy, but if you can go around 11am it's less busy during the week.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Walked in and no server for almost 10 min. I stopped someone and asked if they could get someone so we could order because we were on a time limit.Still no one for another 5 minutes!Our server finally came by and no apologies, no glass of water, no smile, NOTHING! But a few minutes earlier I watched her being all giggles and smiles with a group of men at another table.She wasn't rude, but definitely had a "I don't care for this job or tips" attitude.While taking our order she's bent over the table! Not to sanitary! After she walked away I was just over it and decided to leave! After reading the reviews I can see why people don't like this place! I didn't even eat! It was purely off of the horrible service!
I've ordered here twice and dined in once. Food is ok. my last take out order was missing an entire meal. thank goodness I checked before leaving.
The service was The Worst! Order drinks from the bar. Meanwhile another group came and were seated across from us. They ordered drinks from the bar. Shortly after they received their drinks. While we were still waiting. The server came to take our food order. I asked her ' what was taking our drinks so long"? She replied "I'll check" came back to us saying she didn't know what's taking them so long. Still No Drinks! The group that came after us had their drinks an shortly received their food. We had ordered our drinks and food before them. They got there drinks and food. While we STILL WAS WAITING. We them asked to speak to a manager. He came to our table... (Now the drinks came to the table looking very messy!)After speaking to us He replied "sorry for the long wait. I will discount your tab". We left those messy drinks on the table and removed ourselves from FRIDAY'STotally unacceptable. No plans on returning!!
This hurts my heart to even leave this. Let me tell you I absolutely love FRIDAYS FOOD. This can’t go untold. I ordered on DoorDash because I was being lazy. The food they sent me was absolutely terrible. I really think companies do whatever they want with DoorDash orders. Maybe the cook was having a bad night. This should never be sent to a person.
