Order food elsewhere!!! Sushi is not a real roll; it looks like a taco and is inedible! Ramen is subpar. Order elsewhere!!!
Rolls are so tiny and not traditional rolls whatsoever; low quantity and quality. Go elsewhere for Japanese food.
Definitely hard working people here ! Just got back from order food at 10:30 pm and they were Hustling big time. They were so polite when this annoying Uber eats guy came in yelling for the order. Apart from they work, I loved my tea and ramen- they forgot my egg but it’s okay because they were really tied up. Great spot honestly, would recommend !
This is the food I got. All messed up possibly from the Relay delivery driver. This restaurant has their own delivery partner that’s not UberEats, Grubhub, or DoorDash even if you order on these platforms. So when the delivery was awful, they can’t ask the delivery platform to be responsible for it. Restaurant should have hand the food to the driver more carefully in a way that the driver understand they shouldn’t hold the food completely vertically. $15.95+delivery+tip+tax for a platter isn’t cheap, I think it’s reasonable for the customer to expect a better quality of the delivery service if they want to use Relay. Milk tea was ok, food was pretty good!

1 hour for 3 plates … and it’s not good ! The waiter told us we have to wait at 5 times without explanations and we cannot cancel because we had to pay first !
Waited 2 hours for 2 separate orders to be delivered because the first one was never actually delivered. Thinking it was a fluke I tried again even though they offered absolutely no insight into helping me, still waiting for my second try at a delivery with no promise its even coming at this point. Would not advise or do this again.
Are you serious? I got cheese sticks which weren’t bad. Then, got the $5 off deal with the hibachi and it was $16.74. Never got the $5 taken off. Not only, but very small portion of food I might as well order a $5 Lil Caeser pizza. I remember also multiple people complain because the workers had air pods on and a customer couldn’t even get there attention when trying to pick up food for Door Dash. This place is an absolute joke. Panda Express or China One is definitely the move.
Ehhh tasty but weirdly small portion, my tiny hairy hand for reference… both of my hands barely reach the neck of a beer bottle I’m gripping. Make fun of the portion size, not my tiny hands!!
this place has the best byo ramen i’ve ever had. this place also has my favorite sushi roll (the eel dragon roll!) and i have YET to find it anywhere else ever. it’s definitely a treat for me, and the portions for both are great. the boba is fine, i prefer fruit teas over milky teas and a lot of their fruit drinks seem to be juice based rather than tea based, but still enjoyable, and the cup size is perfect. my only complaint is that their service can be slower on certain days even when they’re not particularly busy. they also no longer deliver to me on uber eats, but i can easily switch to snackpass.
