I originally ordered a sweet matcha tea from the speciality menu. Obviously, I assumed that the tea was sweet and as a specialty, it would taste good. Instead, I received what tasted like water with some pearls. I returned to the store, where the staff explained that apparently the sweet matcha only has matcha powder and no sweetener, hence the watery taste. This was quite strange but fortunately the customer service was very good. My drink was replaced with a Japanese drink that tasted like actual matcha, although it was overly sweet (but most boba places have extremely sweet drinks also). Overall I would suggest to ask more about the drinks when you order. The shop design is very cute and the staff are accommodating.
Really easy to order as a first timer and the inside was super clean! League playing on the TV was a bonus for me! ??
Ordered the honey jasmine green tea and the jasmine milk tea—the honey jasmine green tea had aloe bits and was delicious!! Highly recommend :) the boba consistency in the milk tea was less good, and remember to cut the sweetness for milk teas!
The fruit drinks were delicious and so were the wings which were kinda smaller than they should have been for the price. The kani onigiri could have been better because there was barely any meat in it. It felt like I only ate rice and seaweed. The one at Kung Fu Tea had more meat in it.
Amazing - I accidentally did an online order to the wrong location, and they dropped everything to help me and fulfill my large order quickly. I could not be more thankful for how they handled it, and amazing tea!!!
I don't like bubble tea and I think people who drink bubble tea are weird but this place is good in that oh so special ultra weeb type way. Good gyoza.
I had the Chai tea and asked for less sugar. The tea straight up tasted like brown sugar and not so much like a tea.The employees who work behind the counter do not sanitize the tables, walk around maskless, and love to ask for your vaccine status all while flaunting their hypocrisy.Will not support this place again.
Non of the employee is wearing masks, the cashier is wearing gloves but touching the cash and drink at the same time. The other girl who is making drink mopped the floor and come back to make my drink without washing her hand or put on gloves. Having go to this place 3 times and order the same drink and it’s always sold out. They mess up my friends order with no apology and a careless attitude. Is it that hard for your guys to care about your customer?
I got the taro and black milk teas with tapioca pearls. I think I like Taro tea just slightly more. Both good though.
Tea do has some pretty good bubble tea. I do like their boba and their little snacks that are available to buy in the store. I am a big fan of tomato pretz. This tea do has a lot of great hang out and study space as well as chargers for people’s phones. They provide a number of different types of cables. A solid spot!
