Came here to get bubble tea and was not pleased, poor customer service, disgusting tables they don't get wiped and clean. Drinks takes a while to make and racist towards black & Hispanic customers.Me and our friends were sitting and enjoying a conversation and laughed out loud and was told to be quiet as if it was a library.Terrible place, wouldnt suggest it, also did I say it was filthy, I had to wipe the tables.
Stopped by for tea after having dinner in Chinatown. It was crowded, but the tables were clearing quickly. Ordered 2 Boba Milk teas with half sugar and ice. Although it was crowded, drinks were ready within 10 minutes and made just right. The half sugar had the right amount of sugar as it still was plenty sweet without all the extra sugar. Both drinks tasted great; one was Matcha and the other had Jasmine. I preferred the Matcha, but that's just a personal preference.They also have small bites such as onigiri, gyudon, karaage, takoyaki, but I just finished having dinner. They do have tabletop games you can play while having a tea. Nice place to relax and enjoy some of their various teas.
The Sakura rose milk tea and the oolong milk tea are my favorite. I do them both with almond milk and 70 percent sweet, although I think even the 100% won't be too sickeningly sweetOh and the shrimp onigiri.....wow
I've had the lychee and passion fruit slush. Very good.
Outstanding. Every tea is amazing. From tea, to boba, a must if you are visiting Philadelphia. Jade Cloud Tea is a wonderful selection of their menu. Astonishing is their menu, incredible is their tea. Great. Great. Great.
Late night drink after dinner, this place offers lots of variety of tasty teas! Matcha smoothie was smooth, nicely blended, passion fruit green tea with mango jelly was very refreshing!
Awesome teahouse / coffee shop. I got a perfectly prepared Vietnamese iced coffee, in less than two minutes, which was delicious. I will definitely be going back, to try some of the other great looking drinks they offer. ???
Loved the bubble tea; didn't love the service. The people working that day were so consumed in their own personal conversations that they couldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for them to take my order. I was the only person in the store waiting at that time so it's frustrating. Clearly service training is due for this team.
This is a first for me I ordered 3 of the same drinks I normally get and I found like floating white stuff and specks of something in all 3 drinks my assumption is that they just forgot to clean the machine before making the drink but am I gonna stop ordering? Probably not
