Extremely disappointed! I went to taco bell thinking it would be a quick grab. I ended up sitting trying to order for 25 minutes. I thought they were closed at first and ended up saying something, then they finally said they were busy and would be right with me. That ended up being 25 minutes of listening to them through the speaker. They were unprofessional because I could hear a female cursing through the speaker. When I finally got my order I was satisfied with my food.

Yet another fast food joint that I have somehow tricked myself into wanting to eat at. No this is not good. The place itself was fantastic. I love the team. I love the people who work there. The food on the other hand, it is like every Taco Bell you've ever been to. That is to say if you haven't built up a healthy tolerance to it, you too can sit on a porcelain throne for 2 hours

I typically I like this taco bell but after tonight my opinion has changed. I ordered twice from this place and the first time I did not receive my correct order, and instead of asking they just gave me what they wanted to substitute with. The second time I witness a delivery driver for my order get harassed by the manager and then the manager threatened to call the cops. It was even more disappointing when they didn't even give me a chance to speak for myself and my own order. I've never had a problem like this before and I hope this doesn't happen again but I thought it was important to share

Me and 2 of my co workers went here on lunch after receiving some coupons from one of our corporate guest. Each of us had a coupon for a combo us to $11. The Indian guy who I believe is the manager was questioning us about where we received the coupons from and told us we were suspicious. As a manager this is highly unacceptable. Too busy arguing with me my food was all wrong. Service unacceptable.

My quesadilla came with two pieces of chicken and a punch of cheese and all sauce. The tortilla was stale and everything was cold. We’re they half way asleep when they put one punch of food in the middle of my quesadilla? Who tf serves something like that? Never going back or wasting my money here again. 1/10 you’ll get a full quesadilla so I’m done wasting my money

I often order through the mobile app and everytime I come through its a super easy going experience. This place has some or the best staff that I've encountered in any fast food place. I encounter Jess and Heather the most and I got to say that they are always respectful, sweet, and really go above and beyond... thanks y'all I appreciate the vibe you create.

Drive through & inside lines move quickly. Rare to not recieve the order correctly. Quality of food is above average considering its fast food

A good experience. Sometimes Taco Bells can be a little bit sketchy but this one turned out to be a very good time. Receive good service at the counter and the food was good too. Thanks for the staff for being so nice and for having clean restrooms and a helpful attitude.

This is the better of all the Taco Bell's I've eaten at.The staff was Very clean and courteous. I had one young lady help me with my order because she seen I was having problems. That was because my Sugars were low. I'm a juvenile diabetic with a history of low sugar levels. She quickly brought me a soda even before she completed my order. If you ever had low sugars you know how scary it can be. Needless to say how appreciative I am for her being at work that day. With COVID at the forefront of most of our minds she didn't hesitate to help another human being in distress. I can't thank her and the Taco Bell team working that day enough for being the caring individuals they are!!.They've made me a believer in others. My only regret was at the time I didn't leave them a million dollar tip

Very upset with our order on January 19th. Got a box of taco, soft, filled letter. Minute amount of cheese and meat. Also asked for sauce and got none. Not an enjoyable dinner. We will not be returning. I realize you are short staffed but that doesn’t mean poor service, we waited along time in line, we didn’t complain about that.
