Love Sweetgreen they make the best salads! They usually have locally sourced ingredients and it’s always fresh. sweetgreen doesn’t accept cash so come prepared!!
Sweetgreen on 10th and walnut has been my go to in the neighborhood for years because it’s convenient, healthy and the people are so friendly. Highly recommend.
My salad was mediocre, hand flattened, cold riced, and just as sad as I was to see it. I even heard it apologize and say "I'm sorry for looking so sad, but at least I finally came with bread."After being ordered at 7:34pm, our food dint arrive until after the store closed.I ordered with my partner because we had a long work day today and decided to enjoy ourselves. And we were met with no phone contact of any kind. (What kind of store doesnt have a human to talk to anyway?) Texts are dead, and honestly, the moment I daw the review on here about the roach 4 weeks ago, no longer even want to attempt a bite.My warm rice is cold and stiff, and moulded in the shape whatever kind of spoon/scoop they are using. My greens are dry and wilty, my quinoa was hard.I had left over bbq chicken for my dinner, for the fourth day in a row. Thankyou for ruining what we thought was for once a decent salad place for us.We refuse to ever order here again, and its a crying shame for how good these salads really could be.Please find a better system for your customers to be able to directly address issues to the store, because no human contact of anykind other than an automated text system, is unacceptable and I will be looking into my options into doing something about this further than just a refund.
They got my order totally wrong. I subbed out tofu for the chicken which was kind of important.
My hot honey plate was much better here than other locations, and Paulie was FANTASTIC. Super informative and was quickly able to help me figure out what to avoid with a soy allergy.Be warned, there is a ledge for stand-up eating instead of actual seating inside.
Just ordered from them. Delivery only brought 2 of the 3 salads we ordered (for over $50!). Cannot get through to the store by phone. You cannot talk to anyone. They are finally issuing a credit through back and forth texts (but what we had to go through to get this was stressful and unacceptable!) Not a good way of doing business. Now what do we do about the missing salad?
Brown roach crawled across the glass above the greens while I was in the process of ordering a salad. The staff was not alarmed. The place must be infested. Needless to say I left quickly. Chestnut street location.
A $13 salad served with 3 mini tomatoes, a few cubes of old chicken, rock-hard avocado and … vinegar (I asked for vinaigrette). Never again!
The other reviews here are accurate. The lady serving us was extremely rude. Not a good experience.
I know life comes at you fast and furious but double checking the orders they produce can't hurt. Items missing or lite on other items. basically got a bowl of spring mix for 18 bucks. The spring was crisp but still if I want spring mix I would of went to whole foods. The chestnut street location is a better location.
