Mannnnn listen….. this stuff is soooo good! Death by chocolate is my go to and Baybeeeeee….. I took off one star because my stomach says no, but my taste buds says yes, yes, and yes again! Great ice cream experience! I wish they were open now.
The best ice cream I've had all my life!!!! Hands down!!! It's so fascinating to watch them make your ice cream right there in front of you. I enjoyed every moment to it. The ice cream is very delicious. You get to choose your own ingredients and toppings when you are there. So it's like someone made an original ice cream for you, based on what you choose. Very good place for families to go or for couples on a date.
I actually really liked it. They really need to get your name with the order as it's easy for people to clam the same item as they ordered and it of order. There was two folks who jumped their order time by 6 or 8 people. Made it a bit frustrating, but besides that jumping of their order and the fact that it's takes quite some time to make each order, it was still good
Arrived. Waited 10 minutes in line. About 6 people ahead. All of a sudden the guy announced that there will be a 30 minute wait for any further orders because they are going to do all the online orders before taking any of the customers actually in the store.Who does that? Way to tell customers they don't matter.Definitely not worth the wait and no reason ever to go back.Skip these rude people and go elsewhere.
The staff are always kind and helpful and there usually isn’t a line. The vegan ice cream isn’t great - not much flavor. Convenient location.
Was craving for a rolled ice cream on a very hot summer day! When saw a sign that wait time is 45 minutes, we thought well who takes 45 minutes for that? We were inside that at 6:40pm, we were able to place the order at 6:58, finally got the ice cream in hands at 7:45pm. Meanwhile saw 15 people( not exaggerating) leaving w/I placing order cause if the wait time. Flavor wise basic ice cream base/vegan/fat free yogurt. We had yogurt base-love park-whipped cram and ice cream base-namaste-nutella topping. It wasn't worth the 1 hour wait.

Fun experience and good ice cream. The staff was super friendly. The ice cream is cool to watch and delicious to eat. The cookie dough and Namaste were on point.
Cool little place to visit with friends or family. Rolled ice cream (also make frozen yogurt version) with several offerings. Once you choose an offering (s’mores, banana and Nutella, etc.) and they roll it out you’re able to put as many toppings as you want. Takes 8ish min for a medium cup of banana and Nutella. Be prepared to wait if there’s more than 3 people as of the time of this review there was only 2 people working.
There are not a lot of ice cream joints in historic Philadelphia so this place hit the spot
