Great food, Great drinks, attentive waitstaff and good bands.
First time at Sweeney's and it was a blast. Went there to watch a band name Orion, a cover of Metallica and they ROCKED!?? The stage was perfect for their performance rocked the roof off. The bartender for the night was very quick and their prices were overall decent.
Light and Sound Open mic on Wednesdays is a great jam collaboration place with so many talented acts, everyone plays every instrument so if you're ever short a bass player or drummer, thel cover you!
Lots of fun on Wednesday night at their open mic. Good food and a nice selection of beer, all make for a good nite out.
Every Wednesday they have the best full band open mic night in Philly! 8-12
Love to hear "The Age of Ore" play here. Awesome sound system and soundman does a good production. Good size stage. Very friendly and talented players for "open mike nights."The bar is clean and roomy. Food is descent bar food. Service is good & friendly. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The surrounding area is piece full.
Love Seeeny's. Been going there for 30 years. They always book good entertaining bands.

I came here the food was great service was good but the tattoo girl in the back that makes the food I was being nice I gave her $20 which nobody normally does what did not even appreciate it what a loser
