Drinks are average at best. Bar stayed backed up... 20 min at least to get a drink.. Where's John Tapper when you need him? Others should invest in surgery bar are inside of indoor space. Last visit July 2022 security is lacking, which used to be a strong suit... No pat downs, which in today's climate of Philly is a no go for me.
Celebrated a friend's birthday here.it was ok.Not too much to offer when it comes to food. The Flatbread pizza was very good. The lemon drop martini needs to be perfected.The hostess was great.
horrible.the service is terrible, well, what service do I say if not we received none, we arrived and they didn't even look at us, we were just going around to see who was going to understand us, we spent 30 dollars at the entrance for nothing, we barely lasted 3 minutes and apart from everything no They have no nice view of the city. I would think very well if you want to visit this place. I do not recommend this place at all!
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the food tasty, the drinks cold and refreshing, and the view was breathtakingly. The support provided to the LGBT community was a wonderful sight.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Unless you want to pay $18 for an overpriced “Hand cut charcuterie board”. The Scarlet Begonia drink was an $17 at best chilis cheap margarita. The Abuelita's Jarrito drink was $17 cheap Moscow mule with Rum. The macaroons tasted old and stale. No view on a rooftop bar? 0/10 do not recommend unless you want to spend wayyyy to much money for underwhelming and overpriced food.
Dragged my mom here to celebrate her birthday! The host Al made the night so special for my mom, he went above & beyond to make sure her birthday was special. All of us were so surprised when he came out the back holding a tray with cookies & lit birthday candles. He was so attentive to us & everyone else that were there. The bartenders were also amazing & security was on top of everything going on which made us feel safe. I will definitely tell all my friends & family to check it out.
Drinks were ok, but not very strong. Paid $20 cover to have a rain tarp leak all over me and not be allowed to sit at any of the multiple, empty "Reserved" seating. So shocked the seating was empty...
We attended last night (Friday) I can not say enough great things about Aaron that works here. He went above and beyond for us. He was so personable and welcoming. The quality of service industry workers in the city has declined drastically since the pandemic and made the experience at most places lack luster. Aaron though is amazing and made our night wonderful. We will definitely be coming back!
Really enjoyed this spot! Great for taking phots... We rented a booth for the evening and It started off slow and the place seemed a little bougie... but as the night went on the place came alive with a dj and a nice sized crowd. The staff was great and attentive, the food was decent and the drinks were good. Security was about their business in keeping the crowd under control and having folks stand and sit where they needed to be, lol. All in all very nice and when in Philly I'll lookbup this spot.
Nice lounge area on the rooftop of the Monaco. Limited selection of beer. Atmosphere was nice.
