Sometimes a line, food is very good, coffee is made perfectly every time.
The staff here are so nice and helpful. It doesn't feel like your typical Starbucks. It's in and old building which makes it even better.

Terribly slow service… two people no the back talking while huge line of people waiting for there drinks… ordered one latte … took literally 30 mins .. at least.. joke

Cozy space and friendly staffs.
There are a few good eggs that work there, the rest I could do without. The store manager is cool. Nevertheless, I know due to the pandemic there’s been staffing issues here, I’m surprised they actually put a sign up this time to be honest. Starbucks is open for convenience, and when you’re no longer convenient you become irrelevant. Therefore, whatever the issues that keep arising at this store, corporate needs to step in right away. It took this location almost a month to get Splenda in, no sprouted grain bagels, etc. I look at both sides of the spectrum, unfortunately this location has grown frustrating.

Best Starbucks in the city, staff is by far the best bunch I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks.
