I am never going back to this Starbucks. 1st time I stopped into this location I asked for an ice coffee extra almond milk. The barista could not get the order right and ended up having to make the drink over 8 times. Her attitude was horrible and getting worse by the minute. I kept asking her can I go over the order with you please but she kept ignoring me. Then she would put the drink down in front of me. I will not pay starbucks prices for my order to be wrong and I take it just because you have an attitude. She finally asked for help and my order was done in less than a minute after that.My 2nd time I had the same experience of rudeness from a male barista this time. I was waiting for my order to be ready and he looked up at me and said " are you waiting for food you keep staring at me" wow is this how you talk to paying customers. I grabbed my coffee and stated never again. This starbucks is in a perfect location for me to grab a coffee before heading home. I would rather go out of my way then go back to this one. Please train staff on customer service and anger management.
I dropped my vax card here by accident and they kept it safely at the register till I came back the next day— very thoughtful and helpful customer service!
Very good and Starbucks stands by its promise. Very good staff and pay attention to details of the order.

Bought a coffee..asked foe skim milk as I realized there was no milk to self pour. She turned around, pretended to put milk and handed back the same coffee. No milk added. It was not busy. I don't visit often..but clearly this place has staffing issues
I have never been to a Starbucks this poorly managed. The employees could care less about the customers, they are too busy having a party behind the counter to actually do their jobs. Will not return, STARBUCKS-will you do something, or just brush it under the rug as usual??
Convenient location, absolutely! Service, up and down-not steady performance, like this afternoon served by dancer cashier and grumpy mean coffee makers, to get bakery take more than 6 minutes while loud noisey in restroom like no one baristas care and apologize for annoying sounds.Company/Starbucks has great name, manners required to educate to each baristas to bring more performance of businesses
They don’t look at the order at all, every time I go and pay for an extra shot, syrup etc I never get the customized drink. Never.
The workers here are so rude. My little brother was crying cuz he did the little dance and never got his berries and cream :(
