Nice Starbucks. The staff at this location is always very friendly and nice. The drinks are always good and the service is fast.
I’m that person who asks for decaf. They were great- other Starbucks locations will just not make it for me when I pre-order or don’t think to provide alternatives. They made it easy and took the time to just do a pour over (I wouldn’t have thought of that). Appreciate the effort on their end. Also love that location.
Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The store itself is dirty, black bananas with plenty of fruit flies, about eight baristas working although nobody had a clue what they where doing. All the drinks made incorrectly (after repeating my order twice) and I had to ask three times for the food items I ordered.
I had coffee peppermint mocha they employee she had to describe how they make it was lovely to taste I am going to have it again
Very fast, perfect drink and breakfast. Staff was very courteous and prompt.
I like the fact they are opening 5:00 a.m people are very nice. They have very good coffee.
Today wasn’t great but I feel like the masks lead to order mishaps. (I am not anti-mask by any means.) They fixed it right away so all ended well.
TRICK OR TREAT! Well I got the trick on Today on Halloween. I ordered a Pumpkin scone. A Caucasian Male came out from the back area of the store with the scone in the little brown bag closed. I waited a couple of minutes later and received my matcha tea. When I got home10 minutes later and opened the bag, I found the pumpkin cake to be steal. So steal that the pumpkin scone crumbled. The females working in the store we're welcoming, and customer friendly.. It's a shame they've got a dude in there who clearly knows nothing about customer service and seems to be undermining good customer service. If I opened the bag and saw and felt that it was steal, the guy clearly had to know he was giving out a steal cake. Beware the hefty Caucasian male about 5'11 and check very carefully anything he is handing to you.
My favorite Starbucks in Philly! Friendly baristas and pleasant ambiance. Always super clean!
