Very bad customer service the Mexican guy & what ever the girl is was rude ! I would not recommend!!!!
Just ordered two drinks - one a venti latte extra wet. I got the size of a grande in my cup with just foam. Maybe the baristas need a refresher.
Starbucks at 11th & Walnut Street is the best location I've been to. Service is always superb!
Not so good customer service, and always out of everything
Dubiously homeless guy asleep on closed off couch next to customers coughing, sniffling, dirty tissues, no mask. Kindly mentioned to barista and got the standard “I’ll let my shift manager know.” Nothing done. I’m not white. Never one to make a fuss, but this one was blatant disregard. Coming from a city with no mask mandate, shocking to see this happen in a city purportedly so diligent about covid/masks.
Went to make a in store order and they had a sign that said will reopen shortly then was told that the mobile orders were down and that they were closed and I replied saying I wanted to make in store order and the guy with the locks said oh well we are still closed.
VERY NICE AND GOOD SERVICE
It's a bit pricy and the coffee is way too strong to actually drink.
The lady who I think is the manager has an insane memory, she remembers literally everyones name, the workers seem like they really enjoy their workplace (never seen that before), they have live plants, always spotless. This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever seen.
