Each time the ice in iced shaken espresso is different. In Starbucks app, I can choose ‘light ice’ or ‘no ice’. I ordered an light ice one and a no ice one. But in store, the stuff refused to make espresso with no ice and present me an weird, half-cup drink. Why Starbucks have ‘no ice’ option in the app but while in store, they can’t make it???? Really disappointing experience……..
Good Starbucks with a view in the shade- which allows the place to stay cool in the hot summer. Walked in here the other day to O.K. service. Natali took forever chitchating away with someone at the register while the other girl (Asian with ponytail-didn’t catch her name) stood at the other register just standing there claiming it wasn’t open. So the wait was a bit longer for no reason….
I usually come into this location 3-5 times a week around the same time and order the same drink . Today there was no Almond milk which I was a little upset about but I can deal with it. My problem was the milk option was way too much than normal in my coffee so I ordered another one after paying for my first one which was mentioned more than once . The drink was taken more than normal to completed and because I was pressed for time I wanted a refund. The manager insured me oh your drink is coming to be honest I wanted a refund and Uber eats a different location to accommodate the diary needs . The staff is nice for the most part but the manager who said his name is Vinne every time I come into this location he has an attitude which I guess it comes from the pressure ofWorking in a fast pace filed . It doesn’t hurt to smile . This doesn’t promote good customer service. Please lead by example . I will not becoming to this location anymore . I prefer a manager higher up to contact me thanks
Y'know people pay a lot for these drinks. You can at least fill them up. I have ordered quite a few Venti sized coffees and they were all (but one) only filled up sightly halfway. I had to take my other coffee to fill up the cup of the other one.
Customer service was specific to my needs.Great customer service, no hold time when you call them.
The staff was very accommodating and kind when I accidentally placed my order at the wrong Starbucks. Great customer service!
I love one thing of Starbucks coffee water was cook hot for coffee. Some places MDN water is not really cook hot enough for hot coffees. Not too good for stomach.
Location is clean and staff is super friendly. Location even has indoor seating available for individuals with proof of vaccination
Manager placed sign to not enter through a certain door but to use the door on Walnut St. but the door at Walnut St. had vomit right in front of the door, probably still there now and I was there at 9am. I understand closing the entrance due to cold but clean up the vomit in front of the door you are directing you patrons through.
Love this Starbucks, it's a super convenient location and the workers are very friendly and accommodating. Everything is ready very quickly
