Overall okay experience. I went with my sister and waited about 10 minutes for my small drink and food, and an extra 5-6 minutes for my sister's food. The girl that made my refresher, Juliana I believe, made it basically all ice even though I asked for less ice and she had a bit of an attitude! Will make sure I emphasize on the less ice part the next time I come
Stopped by real quick on Saturday May 21 1:00 PM and was out by 1:10 PM tops. The drive thru was taking too long so I stopped in the building instead. The parking lot was terrible but the Starbucks building itself is very clean and spacious. I ordered in person and the baristas were very pleasant there. I got a large pink drink with no strawberries and a large mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. They made it and I was out in ten minutes, no complaints here for me.
After saving up my reward points, I decided to treat myself to a fun drink. Wish I had chosen a different location to visit.. This Starbucks seems to skimp on everything. There was, what appeared to be, only a drop of strawberry purée in my Frappuccino and the drink was very melted. On a different occasion, I received my refresher only filled 2/3 of the way. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because a couple times the drinks have turned out okay, but more often than not, they aren’t up to par.

Longtime fan of Starbucks, but the service here was horrible. I stood there for 20 mins before anyone acknowledged me and I watched people come by the register. Then when I got my order, it was incorrect and there was no apology or anything. They literally don't speak to customers at all. Will not return.

Absolutely loved the place. I went inside a few days ago and immediately felt the happy energy from the staff (seemed to be on the younger side). My order was taken as soon as they saw me and my drink was made almost seconds later. Upon handing me the drink a girl named Donna complimented me. My drink was hot and tasty! Definitely recommend this place.
Everyone behind the counter was nice and made sure I got my order.
Great customer service. My drink choice is always made perfectly. The drive thru needs revamping. Cars are blocking the right lane on Red Lion Road and the entrance/exit to the small congested parking lot.
This Starbucks location offers everything you’d expect and want from Starbucks. The inside is clean and decorated nicely. The employees are professional and kind. There are places to sit and enjoy your purchase. Although some tables weren’t able to be used. The service was good. However, there was a long line of people waiting to order. They would benefit from another person taking orders. My biggest issue with this store was the overflowing trash can. There was trash on the floor near it too. Not something you want to see. Also, the parking lot is awful. There are limited parking spots and a lot of congestion.
