Never an issue with this location. When I was there 2 weeks ago, I pulled in front of a car because I was next in line. The driver looked annoyed so I paid for her coffee to brighten her day and asked the Starbucks lady at the window to tell her I said thanks for letting me in.
Starbucks never has large straws or cup carriers at any location, poor management across the board. Please learn how to order basic supplies.
Ordered through the mobile app, got to the window and told me they didn’t have cold foam so I said can I get whipped cream instead. With an attitude the employee replied we have cream. Then handed me my drink and said oh we ran out of whipped cream too. She couldn’t even offer me my money back and had an attitude with us. Definitely not visiting this location again.
The staff is great and drinks are always made fast and perfect. Just a terrific location overall. I wish the drive-thru had more room so it wouldn't spill out onto the road but it always moves fast so not really much of an issue.
This location is always trash, my order is never right, I haven’t gone here in over a year because of so many issues and incredibly long wait times that are just the norm at this location. But I decided to go today, I have a large gift card balance that I wanted to use, shockingly the drive through wait was like 12 minutes instead of the usual 30 (no exaggeration, 30 minutes). I go to pay with the gift card balance on the app for this big order for multiple people and employee said “I should have told you, or scanner isn’t working today, sorry” so… how should I pay? Cash or card to swipe… okay fine I pay then I get home…. Entire order is wrong. Didn’t have cream in my coffee, it was just black. I’m a vegetarian and I ordered one meatless thing, somehow ended up with two meat sandwiches? So… check what you get before you leave here. Ask if the scanner is working before you place your order. The parking lot was full, I guess all were doing mobile orders to pay instead of wait in the drive through to not be able to use app, very frustrating, and yet again showing that even after all this time this location is just as incompetent as they’ve always been. Just save the annoyance and time and go to Wawa or Dunkin across the street.
I order expresso which always taste great. The problem I have with Starbucks is, not only are many locations closing earlier than they once had, but their parking lots are SO dark. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks so I expect them to take care of their customers by turning on the lights in their parking lots. Lights should be on in the evening and throughout the night. I guess they'll put them back on once someone is badly hurt or killed on a parking lot surrounding their store. How about it Starbucks? Turn on you parking lot lights!
I love this Starbucks. 1. The staff, customer service is the first thing I look at. I can’t stand rude people or people who work in a service like this with a rude attitude. Everyone here is so friendly and nice ! never had a bad experience 2. they always have everything and the coffee is most defiantly good ☺️
Went this morning to Starbucks to get my free reusable cup with my purchase. It was very busy to say the least but inside it was a well oiled machine. All employees were polite and calm with each other and customers. My husband and I were waited on by a girl named Mary and she was awesome. Running around getting so much done. We left with our peppermint coffees, our free reusable cups, and no stress after our 20 mins wait (which Mary warned us about before ordering). Very good customer service Absolutely worth a stop ☕??
Walked up guy hardly took my order, and walked off half way through. Then I was just standing around wait for a begal that was already ready, they didn't even call my name just left it and I get it and it wasn't even what I asked for. Idk maybe not that big a deal but for $8 and not even what I wanted what a waste of time
