Waited in line for 15 min at the drive thru. Did not have any venti cups... ordered a trenta the lid did not fit. The scanner did not work so I could not get credit for 40.00 I spent for stars on the app. Workers had additudes.
This Starbucks is truly one of the worst. I am ALWAYS disappointed. They are constantly out of items(including coffee??) and the wait is always unbearable. Go to the one on Ridge Ave instead! This one’s only saving grace is their drive thru, honestly.
Second time at a Starbucks in my whole life. The coffee lingo usually intimidates me. Ezra was super friendly and super patient when helping me order my drink. Might not go to any other Starbucks but I'll definitely be back to this one! Clean restaurant and fabulous service!
I rarely ever write reviews regardless of my experience, but my experience here was horrible. I’ve worked in retail/customer service environment for 10+ years and I am always conscious of what the employees go through as far as being understaffed and busy. I chose to go inside since the drive thru line was pretty long and I wasn’t able to wait. I placed my order and had to wait at least 25 min before I had to leave without ever even receiving my order. The employees literally moved SO slow (literally would stop and talk while in the middle of making one drink) it also seemed as if they were only assisting the drive thru line, when there were plenty of people in the lobby area waiting for their orders. There were maybe two other people still waiting before me so I can only imagine how long they were waiting. It wasn’t extremely busy to justify the amount of time it was taking. The employee on the register would just walk away from the next person in line to go do whatever, without any greeting or communication that they would be right back to assist the client with taking their order. The employees didn’t even acknowledge the amount of time we had been waiting and wouldn’t even assure us by letting us know our orders were in the works. I don’t know if it was due to carelessness or just a lack of management but the service here is very poor and this was unfortunately not my first time with an experience like this at this location.
Every time I go here the service is polite and friendly and efficient! Definitely not very fast but they always seem overwhelmed with online order and drivethru guests.
I love coffee, and the convenience of drive through coffee is AMAZING! However this particular Starbucks takes minimally 25 minutes to get to order and have your coffee in-hand.I know supply chains and the work force is in a bad place right now, so I can forgive some of the lengthy wait time....but not all is due to that. I'm not sure if there needs to be a more efficient production line or if it's something as simple as too little workers and too many visitors.
This is the second time my drink wasn’t made how I ordered it. I ordered a toasted white hot chocolate with toffee nut syrup, caramel drizzle, salted brown butter topping, made with coconut milk. Why don’t I even have whipped cream? Lol this is literally hot milk lol I’m so upset. I don’t pay for extra additives to only get hot milk and attitudes.
Slow very slow. Horrible service. They need new management or they need to just close. I wish it was a Wawa close by.
This Starbucks was great, well stocked. Great customer service representatives. Excellent sandwiches and dark roast coffee ☕
Never stocked with menu items, always understaffed & unprepared for customer demand. There's at least a 30 minute wait for your order (no exaggeration) & now they're no longer on the mobile app. The target starbucks down the street is better
