Nice sized shop, with seating available!My drink took longer than expected, even though I did a mobile order, however it was just like I ordered and tasted great!
Well of this is the Starbucks that is conjoined with the Heirloom Market on 8th street and Market street well I never purchased anything from there. I only gone to the Market. Which I must say is a weight off of the shoulders. The atmosphere is just so welcoming. Clean , well lit, fresh produce , the seafood and meats are on point. Never yet seen meats just sit in the case rotting . Hate to mention that but it's truth. Starbucks looks welcoming as well. Might one day go get me a different kind of coffee . Winner.
I have been to this Starbucks before but my last visit was phenomenal! Sophie went above and beyond my expectations with my order and it was delicious. I would recommend this Starbucks to everyone.
I was about to put an order in on my Starbucks app. Thankfully I hadn’t put it through yet because a girl that works there just started waving her hands at me and said I wasn’t allowed in. I had kids with me but we all had k95 masks (and we’re all vaccinated). She was extremely rude and I have no idea why we weren’t allowed in. I’m in Philly visiting my mom who was airlifted to the hospital. This was just really terrible way to treat people.
More workers behind the counter than customers in the establishment. Workers were doing more talking to each other than anything else. Just standing around doing nothing really. Service was slow and my coffee was not hot. It was luke warm at best. I'm sure the labor percentage was high for that hour. Not satisfied at all.
My go to Starbucks always has my order ready promptly.
Great nice place to sit and chill but missed the mark on my mobile order slightly. Overall I'm happy with the place and it's service
I went to Starbucks in Philadelphia on 40th & Walnut. It was very busy and only one cashier and he looked very overwhelmed and the line was way to long. If the lines are too a barista should try to help. Unfortunately my order was not correct but because the line was so long and it too quite a while for our drinks to made I opted not to. This was my first time at this location. I won't stop going to Starbucks but I don't I'll be visiting this particular. By the way the baristas who were making the drinks were very nice and polite. I'll be a Starbucker for life?. However, I won't go to that one.

The baristas here are friendly and extremely hard-working!Unfortunately, this Starbucks is a really busy location. It usually takes me 20~30 minutes to get my coffee in the mornings and afternoons.I would highly recommend that people order ahead on their phones about ~20 minutes before they plan to arrive. Notably, this location tends to turn off their mobile "order ahead" feature when the store gets busy.
