Kimchi and other snacks are really good. We went there because of this Grill. The service is ok, they will check you frequently in case you need anything. Beef quality is good. I also recommend Rice in hot pot and cold noodles. Hope they could move to somewhere near center city or university city. Like the flavor and food of this place.
Galbi is the best! Meat is so tender! Love the atmosphere and interior design too. Could improve on more variety in their side dishes for the price. Sometimes, service is not at attentive, could improve on that as well. Otherwise, great place. My husband and I visit all the time. Love the egg soup too.
We two had the braised beef short ribs. It tasted so so good!!! The portion is good for two people. We also really like the side dishes here, especially the pickle radishes. It tastes sweet and the texture is light crispy and crunchy. We will definitely be back for the grilled BBQ for the next time.
We ordered the two person set. Meat quality is good, everything is fresh but would like to have bigger portion.
I usually don't like going to Korean BBQ places because your clothes smell for 383894 days after but the grill at this place sucks all the smoke down so you can go about the rest of your day! The food is amazing and the inside of the store is very clean and tidy. They also have a bar inside so no BYOB!The staff are friendly/helpful and truly make it a better experience especially if you haven't tried a non-AYCE Korean bbq style. I am definitely going to visit again soon!
The waiter was very helpful and well versed with the menu which made choosing a meal easy. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! Definitely a great place to come to if you are craving Korean barbecue!
I decided to write a review after my third visit. I always order the seafood pancake one of Korean fave, however the seafood get less and less but the green onion gets more in a “seafood” pancake. Also, service is not good enough, they don’t check to see if your meal is okay, they assume all is good even when your not eating and the plate is full. I’ve come to the realization that Asian don’t like taking back plates customers are not enjoying even when you tell them, they look at you like “And, what you want me to do!” I ordered seafood soft tofu stew and it only had one shrimp and 3 pieces of chopped up squid, I am not even sure if that’s insulting or normal. However I didn’t like it after a few spoon and I still had to pay for it because I chose peace that evening and my server didn’t care about my likes and dislikes
I found this hidden treasure while searching for something new and to share this experience with one of my best friends. We had the best meal and service! The staff was very accommodating and checked on us several times. The atmosphere was great and the K-Pop videos playing in the back made the entire experience that much better. We are definitely going back there and bringing more folks with us.
Hidden gem right next to the H Mart. We did the K-BBQ for two and everything we tried was delicious. Staff was nice and friendly and especially the owner who helped us with cut and BBQ the meat.
