It was so slow that I thought we would miss our flight or I would have to change it to a take out, even thought I felt we had plenty of time when we got there. The food was good but so slow. Mohammed was our host. It was hard to find a clean table to sit at.
I do not have too much to say about this restaurant mainly because there is only so much one can say about a fast food place. I ordered the Classic Crispy Chicken meal with a large fries and small Pepsi Wild Cherry. The chicken sandwich was basic at most. The fires were fresh, but there were only regular tasting fries. The drink was not properly carbonated; it was too watery. On the other hand, the lady cashier was nice as she was taking my order and bagging my order.
Delicious turkey sandwich, but be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for the very slow kitchen to prepare your food.
On our stopover at Philadelphia Airport we ate at smashburger although the food was really good I found it a little pricey for a burger joint
I'm not a fussy eater. At airports I just want a 'fill-up' nice a quickly. So I picked the outlet, Smashburger, that had an empty line. Nobody was waiting. And I love burgers! I waited patiently within five feet of three individuals who were busy discussing their social calendars (I could hear them!) as they congregated around the register. After almost five minutes of waiting and trying to catch the attention of one (any!) of them, I gave up. Seemingly discussing what bar to go to next weekend was more important than serving their one solitary customer! No wonder the line only had me in it - albeit for not very long. I walk across the concourse to Chick-fil-A. Bye bye Smashburger. Date of visit October 12, 2019, around 17:30 hrs or so.
Outstanding location for delicious Burgers. Got there near five, it wasn't very busy. I'll return with my coworkers. The place has a great feel to it.
Great spot for tasty burgers. cool location to meet with coworkers. the staff was very friendly and attentive. i can see why they have so many good reviews.
The burgers were really good, but the fries could have been better. They were cold and somewhat unflavorful.
We never heard of Smashburger before until a recent trip from Philadelphia airport when we tried the burger. It was delightful. Cooked really nicely and all the things added made it even nicer. The tries though were a bit on the greasy side.
enjoyed the hanburger and an oreo shake at the airport smashburger. Hamburger was small but tasty. The shake was very good.
