Twenty minutes after ordering had to board a flight, asked for my money back. Cashier took my receipt and disappeared for 5mins. The other cashier ignored me. The grill guy finally tried to help only to be harassed by the first cashier. Finally did get my $ back just in time to board my flight with no food. Disorganized and lazy.
Tried to get breakfast at the smashburger Philadelphia airport location. The lights were all on, there were at least two employees there but they didn’t seem interested in helping anyone or even letting us know if they were open.
Descent food freshness. The franchise has reduced portion size and increased price in the last four or five years. The value is no longer there. When asked to provide a courtesy cup of water, the counter person, who may have been an owner, said that the tap water was bad and we had to buy bottled water. Either that's a fib or the dept of health should check on how a restaurant operates with a contaminated water supply.
A short line but incredibly slow service. After thirty minutes I finally received an incorrect order. Workers were incredibly disorganized.
Smash burger had shortest line in Philadelphia airport for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered sausage egg and cheese and it was pretty good. Couple of other places had lines around the corner and when you don’t have that much time we looked for an alternative and the sandwich was ok
Not sure how they managed to undercook a smashburger, but this place did.
The two women who were working the front were incredibly rude and didn’t even have the common decency to communicate with customers to determine their order. I had to ask if I could order while she blankly stared at me. How ridiculous. The food was fast and actually good. It’s unfortunate that the two women working the cash register were so unprofessional and unpleasant when there aren’t many options available in the airport.Compliments to the chefs though. They did their job wonderfully.
Very poor service. We waited 40 minutes for our food at this alleged fast food restaurant. Others with connecting flights were very upset. Fast food should not take longer than 20 minutes with 6 guests in line before you. To make things worse the wait staff were horribly rude for no reason. This is an airport location people need their food quickly and the staff could care less and refused to refund people who had to leave without their food to not miss their flights. Also tragically one of the 4 food places open in the whole stupid airport.
Staff were incredibly rude, food was subpar at best. Do yourself a favor and hit up the pretzel joint around the corner.
The worst rating for the service. The cashier is rude and that is not the way customers should be treated.
