Client care is outstanding, clean area, and very much kept. Satisfying dine in experience, relax like environment. attentive crew when needed help. Burgers are totally customizable, and introduced precisely like how they thoroughly in the commercial.
For some reason they were only taking orders at the kiosks but worked well and quickly. Busy at dinner time with lots of takeout orders. Only a few people eating in. Dining area was kept clean. Only had a vanilla shake but it was good. Creamy with whipped cream on top. Not too thick so could fairly easily drink it through the big straw. Based on the crowd waiting the food was prepared reasonably quickly. Good location in downtown Philadelphia. Close to the main subway station.
Worst location!!!! Every time we order the food is ice cold, looks like they pulled ingredients from other sandwiches to put mine together. Chicken bites are beyond greasy, fries ice cold and cheese thrown on in a glob, thick and cold. Sauces missing for bites and my bag was open prior to me getting my food from u er eats. Btw, it wasn’t uber eats fault that it was cold, my food came fast.
The lemonade was below average , was more sour than i expected. The chocolate shake was decent. Did not likeIt a lot. I would not go back unless i dont have any other option.

I love shake shack and traveled almost an hour just to be disappointed. My milkshake was not filled up, the burger was disgusting and fries were cold. I usually go to the one on chestnut street and am never disappointed there. This establishment needs better management. I will never go back there again.
I was very disappointed that this location apparently didn't take cash credit cards debit cards and apple pay was only accepted when i made my purchase and i wasn't satisfied with my order the food was good but my cheese fries barely had enough fries for an adult and not much cheese at all on the fries for almost 19 bucks i don't think this was worth it at all i like the other location at 32nd or 33rd and chestnut i feel that all locations should give the customers the option to pay with cash or card it would be very nice if possible .
I ordered a burger, black and white milkshake and cheese fries. The milkshake was watery and not what I expected. The cashier was very nice and replaced my milkshake with a strawberry one. Even though the milkshake was freshly made it was still very watery and mildly cold like it had been sitting out for 5 mins. I hate to be a pain but for a $6-7 milkshake I want a good quality milkshake not the one I received.
It was a little disorganized and the bathrooms were dirty. You order at the kiosk but there was no clear indication where the order and pick up lines started and the text system that alerts you that your order is ready was not used. Despite those issues the food was still good.
