Never had an issue here. My only problem is when I order online through the app and show up to receive my food, and I’m standing in the “pick up” line, many employees simply walk pass and act like they don’t see me.I get they’re probably slammed and trying to get orders out, but a simple, “hey we’ll be right with you” goes a long way vs standing there with out being acknowledged. Oddly enough, when I go to “order line” and tell them I’m there to pick up, I have no issues ? ?
First time visiting this brand and location. Service was excellent. Had plenty of outside and dining room space. Staff had a great sense of urgency and were very clean. Food was amazing. Will be back next time I'm in town.
Had my first shake shack experience here. Well seasoned smashed patties sandwiched between soft potato buns.Shake shack from around the world tastes different to what i’ve had here, could be due to nostalgia.
Not my first visit so time for a review. Burger is good. How good? Better than your average fast food. Fries are OK. Wait time is OK. I Love it, just not on the crazy busy hours.
Good burgers and fries. The veggie burger is pretty good as well. Another place where ordering ahead is hit or miss. But the food is usually ready when I don't get a milkshake.
Ordered. $16 for burger and a drink? No but ok. Didn't call my name. Waited 20 minutes. Asked what's going on. They had it sitting behind them. Burger was cold. Straw was cracked so couldn't drink with it. Fail
Burger was a mess/badly assembled and tasted pretty bland. Fries were basically frozen fries you put in the oven at home. I can't recommend going here when places like Smashburger have burgers and fries that taste better and look better.
A shake shack burger is just that… a burger. I do think they’re a little overpriced, and that there are better burgers in the city.Having said that… this location in University City is a pretty nice location and have spatious dining area on the 2nd floor.
Went there tonight for a double hamburger and had zero of the toppings I requested. The burger meat looked and tasted like dog food and the buns were burnt like coal. Ruined my night.
