The service was a 10. The food tasted great. I'm vegan so I had the Shroom Burger. It was sooo good!! No milkshake for me since I don't do dairy. The fries were mmmehhh. I'd go back just for the excellent service.

Never disappoints! I ordered Double Bacon Cheeseburger w/ Bacon Cheese Fries, Cherry Hibiscus Lemonade. I ordered via Shake Shack. My sandwich and fries were delightful. The drink wasn’t what I expected, it didn’t taste like anything. But top 5 fast food restaurants hands down.

Whoever heard of selling 5$ hotdogs, especially in Philly, and not provide relish nor sauerkraut?? And while I’m at it, who puts whole slices of onions on a hotdog?? Mediocre at best. But definitely not enjoyable. Barely got through half the dog. I’ll stick with the corner hotdog vendors.

Such a great vibe at this restaurant with some of the friendliest workers. We are "regulars" at this location to get a bite to eat our best friend Jesse. He always has to remind me to take back your amazing burgers, chicken, fries and milkshakes for the people who work all the time at our favorite club!! Forever and always loyal customers and fans - Drew & Michael

great center location and easy access-parking. The workers were fast and courteous very kind. The place was clean and I have zero complaints! Will be back soon.

Good customer service. Delicious burger. Good location

Customer service was def on point but the food this time was mediocre at best :-( I haven't been to SS in years but the food was not what I remembered. This time the cheese fries were dry and the mushroom sandwich was just so-so. The oreo milkshake was tasty though!

Overrated and overpriced. Burgers are fine. Usual soggy buns. The fries are about the worst in the business. The shakes do live up to the hype, though.

It's called shake shack and their shakes are small and expensive. Personally there not that great, for the price they charge. And how many flavors do they have! It should be called the shack or the burger shack. Take shake out of your name.

Crinkle cut fries were the bomb. Chicken was pretty good but the breading kept falling off. 50/50 tea was good.
