I got two orders of turkey club, they don't mix the dressings anymore, got home and I found out the young lady didn't put the pasta on it.
The SaladWorks in the Tremont Shopping Center located on Welsh Road is a much better experience since former employee Amaya isn't there any longer. I discussed her leaving with several employees and they are just as thrilled as I am that she's gone. The salads even taste better because there's notnegative energy in the building any longer.
Solid food. never had issues. in and out

I had the worst experience today at 2510 welsh road. i get a salad from salad works 3 times a week. And today was horrible. There was 4 ladies there today. And i waited 5-10 minutes before they helped me. Even though i was the only one there. I asked if they would mix in my dressing due to the fact that i work at an office and it’s impossible to mix at my office desk without spilling it everywhere. I was told “we don’t do that.” Then i asked for an extra container, she responded yea that’s fine but next time try not getting as much stuff as you did , maybe then you won’t have a mixing problem. i said excuse me? Soo I’ve been going to salad works for 5 years now.. and your telling me … now you can’t mix my salad due to short staffed. And now your telling me to get less stuff … i won’t be back here ever again. The lady with the nasty attitude had blue in her hair. She was also super rude to her coworker over a door dash order. Hopefully i didn’t waste my time telling you what a poor employee you have. Have a great day , smile it makes the world better
Since when did they start using these small black bowls and charge 15 dollars for a salad? I had to put my own salad ingredients to make it enough for a dinner and not a side. Horrible!!! Will never go there again. I am 5"3 and have small hands.
I had a terrible experience with GM, she has blonde hair. Worst costumer experience ever. I’ve been going to this location since they opened. Never had issues. The gm and many of the employees are very unprofessional and don’t care about their work. This used to be the best location. Went very downhill these past few months. I will definitely not return to this location. They need to fix their staffing situation asap. Also, prices keep going up. And saw mice droppings near cookie basket. Sad, this was my favorite spot to eat. I recommend the new location on cottman.
I use to come here a lot but the last two times they have older woman making the wraps ,. Nothing against them but they don’t know how to make a wrap and they just fall apart when eating . I guess you don’t mix the dressing in with the lettuce and all anymore which sucks because the wraps are so dry to eat! I will only return to get the soups !
This location was Clean, had a Friendly Staff & the salads were Delicious. Can't wait to go back!
