You really left my Mom and Aunt sitting there for almost an hr and never served them. They ordered food and your waitress never brought it. I don't want to say what I think happened but I know what I believe happened. They were the 1st ones to sit upstairs and the last even be asked if they had ordered. Good thing I wasn't there today.
I went to Ryan’s tonight with a group of friends (all 25+). The bouncer told me my Id was fake and I asked for him to scan it again because I turned 25 last week. He scanned it and said it was fake, he didn’t care, happy birthday, etc. I’m extremely disappointed in the unprofessional manner this was handled in. The other bouncer noticed I had my vaccine card, which proved my birthday. After they let me through, I was threatened to get kicked out because I was admitted and the original bouncer didn’t agree with the situation ( I’m assuming his ego was hurt because he was proven wrong). GET YOUR SYSTEM IN CHECK and train your bouncers how to check for a fake. This was RIDICULOUS.
Great service. Cold beer, great pub favorites like pretzels, fries, burgers and a delicious French dip sandwich. What more could you want?
I have been here a couple times and had a decent time, but this time the guys working the door decided to pretend my friends "had fake IDs." Both of my friends are 21 and have brand new New York State licenses. I was allowed in but they were turned down and the guy working the door just handed them back and didn't say anything until they asked if they could go in. Terrible and childish service from the frat boy at the door. Would not recommend to a friend.
Food is always good and the bartender Butch is great to chat with.
Tonight we had beer and burgers there. Our waitress was so good and polite. He took care of us. However, the food was too bad! I am a foodie person and it’s hard to say I don’t like something, but we really couldn’t eat our dinner.. bad smell, low-quality meat… not recommended
The upstairs bar was very limited, and according to the bartender, the taps don’t get cleaned, so we just ordered bottled beers…
Floor was super sticky and the whole place smelled like an unventilated gym. Plus beer bottles and spilled drinks everywhere as there is no one to collect or clean
