I almost never do review but this one is a must. To kindly put it the place sucks. They only take few people at a time even though a lot of space available (perhaps undermanned) however, the bigger issue is the customer service and the food. The staff is rude and as mentioned in some other reviews the food size is much smaller than seem. Their soda has more sink water taste to it than soda.
Worst ribeye I have ever eating, friend shrimp was gross along with broccoli nothing was fresh. If your going to charge $25 for a steak please make it better then a $10 diner steak. At least the beer was cold
The salad bar did not look all that appealing, shop were passed, even though that was our primary reason for going there. Prices have risen steeply & food was so-so. The ultimate crispy chicken sandwich was decent, but almost laughably small. Service was fantastic, even though our server was also playing the roll of host, sitting customers as they came in.
Waited over an hour for appetizers only to get raw chicken. This was my first and last time going to Ruby Tuesdays
I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a decade, but this on was far below the standards I remember. My colleague had the salmon which was only a cm thick, about half what you would expect, and of course cooked well done, almost too dry to eat. My chicken sandwich was fine, but only fine. Service was slow with 5 plus minutes to get a drink or the bill.
Dante was probably the best waiter I've ever met. He was very polite and helpful. He had a great attitude and was very patient with our large party. The food was good too, especially the cheesecake. Thank you Dante for your excellent service!
The food is not cooked correctly, my dinner was not hot, it tasted like it came right from the freezer it don’t have a fresh taste. The food is very dry.
5 stars for our server Jeff. From start to finish. He made sure food was okay and cups were full.The restaurant is clean. It wasn't very busy but then it did get busy. Jeff kept up with the pace.Great job on his part.
Good food, good service! I frequent this Ruby Tuesday pretty often and their food is consistently good. One of my go to places for a quick bite. Spicy chicken and turkey burgers are made to perfection. If you’re looking for a vegetarian option, the awesome burger is made well also.
Absolutely horrible & the management is horrific. Served ice cold food. BBQ ribs not fully cooked & my husbands steak was not well done as asked. Slapped all of our food together in 1 container.
