Lemon pepper wings were surprisingly goodFood was ok overall.Waited on food pretty long due to my order’s not being put in after payment was accepted.Bar drinks are pretty watered down.Bar closed around 9:15 on a Saturday.The bar tender was alone and pregnant.30% of the games were out of service.45 minute - 1 hour wait time for bowling.The employees are young and play a-lot, Not professional at all.Place has potential to be a great time but the experience wasn’t it.
Games are fun but a lot of machines are broken and out of service. Cranes are great however any time we visit, we notice the staff doesn't attend to resetting/restocking them as often as they should. Prizes are completely unwinnable if they're just left wedged in, making people waste their points. You have to keep going up to the desk or find someone on the floor just to have one crane reset. Not sure what happened, but when this place first opened, it was very well attended to. Hope to see some improvements soon, we love visiting this arcade.
The fun ist in general 5 Stars. There are tons of arcades and games to spend 1 das (If you have enough money). Especially the green card flat is worth the money. Sadly there are some broken machines and others are a little bit "old" and used too often. Also there is an gambling area what is not suitable for kids or people with gambling problems.
It was a lot of fun at a lower cost than another local favorite. I even got the chance to play some new and exciting games. The wings were really good and the fries and burgers are tasty as well. I was disappointed that they didn't have mayo for the burgers. I also would have like more sauce choices than just ranch for the wings. Loved the free refills on the sodas and the selection at the bar as well. While I was there the bathrooms were clean, which is a HUGE plus. The staff was very friendly and even congratulated my son on his graduation giving him encouragement for the next school year. We will DEFINITELY be back soon.
The arcade was met with a security guard that checked the bags and whatnot, and it was really crowded when my partner and I went in on a weekend – to be expected. The machines were well equipped. The staff behind the counters and in food service were very kind. However, the staff on the floor were not attentive nor helpful. When we asked to reset the empty machines, I waited approximately 20 minutes for a staff member to come over. The staff member that came over to us acted coldly towards us. While I do not expect him to be the kindest person in the world, it took away from the experience. When the plushies in the machines were in odd positions due to other people trying to win them, the staff member refused to reset it. The same staff member told us to use one of our swipes to "prove" to him that the plush was unreachable. Some of the claw machines had mismatching prizes. I come here often with friends and family, but I don't understand why this disorganization came up this time around.
Great place for people of all ages to go. A variety of arcade cabinets, with only a couple being out of order. Friendly service at the bar and concession stand. The bowling alley features a great variety of ball and shoe options. Would recommend to anyone.
I am a big fan of games and often frequent the Dave and Busters near me. I went to Round 1 with my partner on our trip to Philly and had a blast here! We went on a weekday afternoon so it was not busy.I personally loved the selection of games here over D&B. There are more rhythm and musical games, which I enjoy. Much of these games are from Japan, and I found some of them didn't have English options but was still able to navigate around them.There are also other classic games that could be found at D&B as well. But the thing that differentiates Round 1 the most are the claw machines! Unfortunately I didn't get anything, but the prizes are way cuter and there's more selection.Overall I really enjoyed my time here! Removed one star because they don't allow any outside drinks or food which was frustrating. We wanted to go a second time but couldn't since we purchased bottles of water and had leftovers before we came (security does check bags). Anyone of all ages will have a blast here!
While my family did have a good time. I was a little upset at the amount of crane/claw games that were out of order. An then there were a lot that needed to be reset and finding a worker to do that isn't an easy task. An when you do find them and ask them to reset the machine. They get annoyed like doing their job is a hassle. They were VERY expensive and the few prizes they did have were almost impossible to win. If you looking to play video game or racing or sports games. They have a lot. But claw and crane games they lack.
Cool spot. Good selection of arcade games. Only bummer is that they told us 45 minutes until we could bowl and it was well over two. Did not take off stars because staff was nice
Nice assortment of games but so many of them are out of order (and have been for months). I don’t know if they have trouble with ordering parts for the machines but an error 6 on the DC coin pusher is a three second fix…. No reason for the game to be down for 4 months….
