We recently toured the Rittenhouse Claridge and was totally disappointed in the condition of the Studio apartments they have for rent. The apartments did not look like any of the photos they post on line and advertise. Tiny , outdated apartments for outrageous prices! I do not understand why the apartment building has such great reviews. Beware of the "Classic" apartment choice.

Things went great! Really appreciate the front desk and door staff helping me to get the truck and movers on the same page.

The building is run beautifully. The location is wonderful. The people who live in the building are very nice and the workers are excellent.

Packages always get lost despite having package lockers because there aren't enough lockers. Can't control heat/ac in your apartment because it's set for the whole building. One of the elevators is always broken so it can get backed up.

I had an issue with my HVAC and it was handled immediately, cleanly, and with grace. With COVID it is great to have maintenance using all the protections for the residents. The technician explained what he was doing each step of the way so I was fully informed. I love living here.

The staff & residents are friendly. Maintenance is dependable. It's usually quiet around the clock. Common areas are clean & attractive.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience than living at the Claridge. The front desk receptionists, maintenance team, security staff and doormen are huge bright spots in my day and have made living here THE BEST. The superintendent, Dominic, has been the biggest blessing in my move to Philly and is such an asset to the Claridge team and to the building as a whole. I know if I ever need ANYTHING that I have someone to call and there is nothing more valuable than finding that in an apartment complex.

Service team is great. Building is well run. Apartment was roomy and updated. It was just a shame our 18 mo. lease coincided with the repointing of the building and implementation of COVID restrictions on all the amenities. We also had to put up with the restaurants (understandably)moving outside, resulting in a lot of noise for our unit late into the evenings. The Chancellor alley will be getting a lot more challenging for using the garage once they start rebuilding the demolished McDonald's location, so we decided we needed to move on.
