I like Rita’s water ice they use real fruit I recommend children to come here families in love ones and thank God for this business

Twice I've been there poor service. Do not give you a full water ice. Over charge. Very disrespectful young lady. Have don't care attitude and it shows.

I just left the Rita's on Mascher St. In Philly. I just had the worst experience ever!! The woman was rude, her attitude was awful, she demanded I pay her 1st before she MADE the water ice!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! It's 90 plus degrees out and it's people like her who don't want to work spreading their bad vibes an ignorance all around! I usually tip well!! If I could give a minus STAR I would!!!! Totally DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Cashier arguing with her supervisor while charging me. Had to tell them to stop and give me back my card. Water Ice was delicious.
This rites didn't have no water ice only 2 flavors and the workers didn't know how to make any of the ice cream special. The owner need to watch this store or it will be closed soon.
