Went here the other day to get pretzels 2 hours b4 they closed. They didn't have any made, therefore they told me they didn't have any, instead of just making some more. I literally asked if they can make them. The young lady went to ask her manager if it would be ok to make some more and the manager said no. So I bluntly asked the young lady...so its not that u don't have any in the store. your manager just don't feel like making any correct...the young lady said "your right". Smh. I was really upset. I went to another ritas..and they didn't have any made, but the employee asked if I wanted to wait for her to make some more. Now that's good customer service.. this location is a hit or miss with the customer service and satisfying the customers.
Mold in my Gelato I’m assuming. It was dark spots I thought I was crazy!

Love Rita's. We came on a weekday during the day and there seemed to only be a few people working bc it was a bit of a wait. Staff was very friendly
I usually enjoy the Cheese pretzels but today I was sold 2 burnt pretzels and when I asked for a refund the young lady who claimed to be the manager said she would only give me money back for one because I bit off of it. I actually broke off the top of one to show her it was all dried up on inside. She refused to give me her name or the number to corporate. I will never support this location again.
Every flavor was delicious but my favorite was the vanilla custard with oreo and chocolate chip topping
Dejha was a wonderful worker , she was fast and very polite to me and my daughter , she offered us the new flavor carnival and it was amazing I had to take home 3 quarts of it?
Great water ice. Multiple flavors, and good pretzels
The young lady messed up my order and when asked to make it over she sent the manager with my remade order who then asked me to pay again, even though it was the workers mistake. If I known that I would’ve just kept the order she gave me but she said she would make it over so I threw the other one away. The workers were rude and thought it was funny because I ask them to explain how it made sense to remake my order and then charge me like I ordered something new. She explained she couldn’t give the product away but had to throw it away anyway because it was already made and I wasn’t going to pay again. Good Customer Service would have just took the lost and explain things better for next time because my family goes to this stand 5 times a week. Never again. I’ll drive to another Rita’s before I give them my business.
