Probably one of the best Rita’s I’ve went to. Everyone is just all smiles and super polite. It makes the experience 10x better , especially after a long day of work! All of the young ladies smiles are super infectious and I appreciate you all for being so kind
Horrible service . Extremely disrespectful staff except for the 1 young lady who said she was manager . I had a dispute about a price I didn't understand. It was handled rudely n unprofessional..

Went around 20 minutes before closing and the person making our stuff seemed a little frazzled. We ordered some of the concretes and I didn’t think they had hot fudge but she drowned them in hot fudge. So much so that by the time I got to my house, less than 5 minutes away, the ice cream had completely melted and it was like hot fudge soup. Seemed like they were just trying to unload the rest of the fudge they had before closing. Kind of a waste of the $15 I paid for the 2 of them. Overpriced and subpar. Super disappointing.
I received my order and it had long hairs in my ice cream. I called the store and a male who said he was the manager, was very rude and told me that he don’t know nothing about. I explain to him I was just informing him so it won’t happen t someone else. He then stil was very nasty and hung up on me. PLEASE Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

This Rita’s is very unorganized, none of the employees instruct customers on the way the line is meant to form. I don’t understand why there’s only large or small cups.
