Good ol water ice, sometimes the water ice has more ICE then it should so hopefully they can fix that because we're paying money for water ice not chunks of ice.

This is supposed to be a five-layer gelati It was a $6 mess in a small cup. I don't know what they were thinking but I feel like I was just robbed and never going back get your stuff together Rita's. If you run out of the great cups you shouldn't charge the same price and take a little pride in your job It's supposed to be layers not a mess.
