I really enjoy pulling into Rieker's. Just the drive makes me giddy, knowing I'm going to get the very best German food. They respect tradition & seem to stay focused on generational recipes & authentic German offerings. The freshness of the products, the community feel, the pride in their heritage...they do it right & us foodies appreciate it. Like I said, it has a feel of the old corner delicatessen but I often order online & send their baby calves liverwurst to my brother as it is one of his favorites along with gelbwurst, lingoner & many others. I always get different brats or wieners to grill for myself along with the spaetzle. If you want a great experience & enjoy German foods, do yourself a favor & stop in or hit these guys up on the web, you will not be disappointed.
This place has been there for a long time my parents shop there and my uncle drove from south jersey to get stuff from there are family love it ,Good and fresh stuff every time so if you haven't tried it you need to . And the associate are very helpful and friendly ?. All I can say is injoy ?
I have been twice in the past week! I had seen them Bizarre Foods years ago and wanted to visit ever since and never finding a reason to trek the hour to the shop.Last week I had my chance, the fresh selection is diverse and they make great recommendations. I can't wait to go again.The roast was perfect only errors were caused by me!Oh and their liverwurst is amazing.
This is a great local place for me to get fine meats, prepared salads, soups, etc but people come from far and wide for their German specialties.. including all sorts of wursts! I have talked to people in line that come 3 hrs or more to shop here! Everything is so good! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Rieker's never disappoints! I wanted to purchase a boneless prime rib roast for Christmas dinner. The butcher advised me on the quantity I'd need for the number of folks I'm feeding and gave me instructions on how to prepare it. We always count on the team at Rieker's for fantastic holiday meals! I highly recommend them.

Superior quality meats! I love walking through the store seeing so many different items you don't see in a regular grocery store. Today, I was looking for item and didn't see it on their shelves, asked if they still had some in storage. Within less than a few minutes, Mrs. Rieker brought a whole box of them, asking how many would I like. The gentleman who waited on me at the meat counter was wonderful! I asked for what I thought was chicken. He tactfully and respectfully explained the meat was pork, then directed me to the display of chicken. He also explained the differences in the breading on the different meats. You can't beat either situation for customer service.
Love the store! Will recommend to others. It was our 1st time visiting today. Everyone was friend and helpful, meat selection were impressive and delicious. The rauchpeitschen is very tasty! The pfefferwurst was good too. We will visit again soon.
Stopped in today for the FIRST TIME after dropping my daughter at art. I don’t know why it’s taken so me many years. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Clientele was also nice to chat with. The selection was awesome. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
