My family and I came here on Father’s Day and had a lovely experience. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was actually an amazing experience. The appetizers of fried grape leaves and fried cheese were light and yummy, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. The menu was diverse and offered both traditional American options, and international flavors I hadn’t tried before. The zero proof alcohol free drinks were a highlight as well, very refreshing. I will be back for a happy hour soon.

I was VERY satisfied with the lamb shank. The portions were large. The food was well seasoned. The lamb was incredibly tender. I’ll be back to try more of the menu!

Our group of 13 ate here twice during Penn graduation, once with a reservation and once without. Renata’s is a gem with attentive staff, great decor, a fantastic selection of American and Middle Eastern cuisine, really fun and interesting drink selections, and very reasonable prices. Our meat eaters and vegans were extremely satisfied with the variety. Sit outside for an evening daye night, sit inside at the huge downstairs table for brunch:)

Welcome to a modern Mediterranean twist. The architecture and overall feeling of this location is just perfect. The colorful walk into the buildings openings bursts with a buzzy vibe And the service is fast and friendly.Eating light is of no difficulty as the portions are filling but not heavy .The flavors are spot on with every dish I tried and the paring for the meals executed flawlessly.Drinks and meal were slightly above what I expected price wise but isn't everything anymore? That being said I will have to return again to try out more of what they have to offer as I'm already impressed with my first renatas kitchen experience.Try the chorizo and passionfruit Bollini. You can't miss.

We loved this place. We had Mother's day brunch. The wairess gave us a heads up that the appetizers are small. Then they So we ordered 6 and they were delicious. The martinis were really good (not to mention strong). Their shakshuka was top notch high quality. The omelets were excellent. Overall an excellent experience for a very reasonable cost.

Outstanding food and service! Katie was an attentive server. Everything was so great I forgot to take pics of the food!

This place has excellent food and the restaurant is clean and accessible in terms of wheelchairs and other mobility equipment. We sat outside in their patio area. One of the host was very considerate and offered my service dog a nice bowl of water. I went to this restaurant with my wife and daughter and the weather was rather brisk. The one thing I wish they would've had on the patio are heaters. It is on the shady side of the street so there is no direct sun in the outside patio area. The one reason why they are getting three stars, was because the service was somewhat lacking. We asked for numerous items, and had to request them a number of times. It appeared that there was no communication between the numerous people going back and forth. If you would ask one person for something they would never come back and you would have to ask another person. Normally, I'm not super picky about that but it happened so often. Again, no complain about the food which was excellent. I will give them another try when it is warmer outside. I think, like many businesses sometimes things get hectic and service suffers. My daughter likes this place a lot and she's usually a good barometer. We had and loved the following:The Eggplant Haloumi Sandwich with Fries was exceptional. The bread was toasted just right in butter, the cheese and eggplant combined well with the other veggies and pesto aïoli. The Moroccan Lentil Soup was superb it was accompanied by pita bread triangles which were also delicious.Cauliflower with Light Tahini was a really surprising as the five-county farmer really pairs well with the tahini. The Shakshuka Merguez was really good, it had spicy chorizo and poach Moroccan salsa and also came accompanied with grilled pita. This best dish has so many variations that it is easy to mess it up. This place did a really good job and all the food came out hot. There cappuccino rock!

An extensive and creative menu. The Turkish eggplant was a revelation, crispy on the outside and tender inside, *without* deep frying. Their coffee is also excellent and strong but I did miss the option for Turkish style coffee. There is food here from all over the Mediterranean including Spain and France. Don't miss this place!

Delicious Mediterranean food with a selection of creative cocktails and coffee options. This two-story establishment offers plenty of indoor and outdoor patio dining. Dinner pricing can be a bit expensive, but lunch & brunch menus offer excellent value. Wheelchair accessible. Has gender neutral restrooms.

I recently went to get lunch here and had a great experience. I ordered the diablo chicken sandwich which was recommended to me by my server Kyra. She also recommended a blueberry crush drink to go along with my meal after I asked which were her favorite/popular items here. The food was good and my server was so nice and helpful. I look forward to coming back and hope she is my server next time.
