I wish I could remember all of the names, but then again I would mention every server, waiter, waitress and hostess we encountered. All are friendly. All are well-trained. The menu is decent for a place with an occupancy limit of 68. The pork chops the first night (we stayed 2 nights in the adjoining hotel) were juicy and had excellent flavor. My friend had them and said the same thing. The ladies liked their crab cakes too. The drinks menu is vast. The wine, not so much, but not bad. Breakfast the last morning was excellent. I ate at the bar and the bartender was attentive and helpful.

Conveniently located adjacent to Kimpton Monaco Red Owl iffers American cuisine with a twist. Service os pretty good, the food is also.
The food was delicious. Everyone liked their entrees. Branzino was well cooked and sauce accompanied well.
We stayed at the hotel which was okay, the restaurants food was badly seasoned and over priced. We had two meals there, a lunch and a breakfast. Both were subpar. Go to get a good sandwich instead. Don't waist your money here!
Overall, this was a good dining experience. My nephew and I had 1PM reservations for brunch and the table was open right on time. the staff at The Red Owl are exceptional! The food came - bacon was way overdone, the potatoes tasted old, and my toast was forgotten for my plate, but my nephew thoroughly enjoyed his. We shall try it again, but next time perhaps earlier in the day.
The food, atmosphere, and staff were excellent! Brunch was delicious!
The overall experience was very nice. The server was attentive and helpful. The restaurant itself was unique. The reclaimed barn wood ceiling was a cool touch. The food was very good, but definitely over priced. I got the Bujee Burger, which had arugula, bacon, and their sauce. Again, very good, but not $25 good.
