I emailed the folks at Ramona Susan’s to try and order a cake for my wife’s birthday. I know nothing about cake and they were very helpful and friendly. They helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, which ended up being the chocolate crunch cake off of the specialty cake menu and they personalized it for me. The cake was beautiful and was delivered to our door step in perfect condition. And of course it was super tasty. my wife is has very high standards for cake and she loved it. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you so much!!

Vegan options include: fauxstess and seasonal (vanilla with pumpkin spice icing rn) cupcake, crumb cake and seasonal (banana with PB icing)pound cake, oatmeal raisin cookie. The cakes were soft, light and not too sweet. My favorite was the fauxstess with the creme filling.
Amazing bakery! Stopped by after a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so happy I did! Easy to order and pickup online and the cupcakes were the best I've had, without question. Staff is very friendly too! Everything made from scratch as other comments mention, and incredibly tasteful! Highly recommend and looking forward to trying other items on their menu in the future.

Made from scratch treats that never disappoint, and friendly customer service - what more could you want? Literally the best Italian rainbow cookies that have ever touched these lips, but all of the other cookies are just as sinful, (hey there, peanut butter and jam). Then you’ve got the cheesecakes, beverages, and tons of seasonal goodies to look forward to year-round. The next time you want to treat yourself, Ramona Susan’s should be at the top of your list!
The only bakery I visit when I’m in Philadelphia! Besides having the best cookies (try the peanut butter jelly cookies) and cupcakes, they have vegan options. Love this bakery and highly recommend it!!
