I've been coming here for over a year but today will be the last time. I don't mind paying a little extra when the food and service are both good so I frequented Ramen Bar a couple of times a month. Today's service was so poor it left a bad taste in my mouth. I pre ordered then headed over. The food wasn't ready but when I inquired I let them know I was a little early. The informed me they were working on it and I patiently waited. Ten minutes after my designated time I inquired again. Still "working on it". A solid 40 mins after my initial order when I asked again I was informed that they were still waiting on one of items to which I responded "I only ordered 1 item........ramen". Fast forward 3 lies and a manager request later. I'm the last man standing in take out orders so I was finally informed that my ticket was lost but miraculous my order was prepared from said lost ticket ( lie # 4). I received my food an hr after I order it. Hey guys it Ramen it just doesn't take that long. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he said he was too busy to speak with me because you know other people's food needed to be prepared. I said you would rather the bad Yelp review than to handle this customer service issue and the response was "do what you gotta do, I can't tell you what to do". All I have to say is WOW! I will be looking for a new place to get $30 Ramen. Maybe they won't really miss my money today but Karma lives long and is very patient. Just in case, your reading and asking why did you wait why didn't you cancel, why not just leave? The answer is simple. I'm a mom and my daughter just had surgery. All she wanted was her favorite Ramen. I guess it's time we find a new favorite place.
I go to this great restaurant often! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot at least once a month. The food is excellent, the crew is polite and the charge is good. I like eating in this place over a good dinner.
Place is very cozy. Music is a bit loud. Employees seemed bored on a Thursday night but at least it wasn't busy.

Outstanding place for tasty ramen. Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldn't stop. The service here is great.
Unfortunately it's one of the only options for this type of food in the area unless you're willing to go a lot further down the road.
I visit this place a lot since I work right next to it. I love how the service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Prices are fair and they serve big portions.
I must say my favorite place for ramen in the city! Kara kara is my favorite if u like pork and spicy, please do give it a try! Come back and give my review a thumbs up so I know u tried it and enjoyed it! Food is fresh and very tasty love their salads too! Tried the octopus app and again very god! Super clean place, bathrooms are clean! Staff is quite but nice that’s just the Asian culture to be reserved that I’ve noticed.
Our meals were delicious, the service was super friendly (and gave us some tips on how not to struggle with chopsticks ?), and the ambiance was boisterous and jovial! Great happy hour specials (though we didn't partake); I'll definitely be returning in the future
ramen and the atmosphere at this location is super good. A favorite evening place of mine. I will be back with my coworkers. This place has many reviews for a reason.
