Very nice people. But I had a 8 Am appointment for delivery and I checked in at 6:55 am. They didn’t start unloading me until 11:30 am and gave me paperwork at noon. They only had 2 pallets to take off. They said they were behind on loading trucks. Clean facility and very nice workers. No overnight parking so I stayed at a TA in New Jersey
Great place they took a reasonable time to unload very respectful receiver and unloader
Pretty bad service when you delivery. 4:00 hours delivery 6 pallets!! And still waiting for paperwork
I worked for them for 3years.. I ran the Bronx, Ny there a great Company to work for ....I remember when the pandemic hit there was a food shortage & they gave all there drivers food that was nice of them it showed they care...They have some strict rules but over all Pat & Wayne are great people they've come along way....I took some things personal & made a mistake and left I tried to come back but they said no but that's ok & I had no Accidents ever with 15yrs experience but I will always call them a place of home....ITs a great Company to work for....
For here at 0600 for an 0800 appt. There's plenty of parking. I got docked at 0630. Plenty of room to maneuver. Empty by 0830. Love places like this, in and out! Port-a-potty up front was clean, but needs hand sanitizer.
Ok place. Lots of room. No overnight parking. Write your phone number on paperwork. Drop in mail slot on door 1. Wait for call to back in. The lumper come out and tell you how much. You have to pay first then wait a few hours to get offload. They bring your paperwork back out. Drive safe.
Supposed to be 24 hours arrived at 2 am for 4 am appointment on Sunday morning and they were closed
Check with guard ?♂️, put cell # on paper work, drop it im dock#.I delivered 20 pallets and was out in 1 hour.
It's was great until the end they loaded me early but when finished went on lunch break which took about 30 to 45 minutes just to receive my paperwork. Receivers must start understanding the carriers because sometimes we have other laws to pick up after their product. If they understand that the truck industry will go smooth
