Someone got shot in the Adam’s building two days ago and the management hasn’t addressed the incident in any way. I no longer feel safe living here. The amenities are always broken, including the gate that should protect us from random people entering. The gate has been broken for about a month now, people’s cars have been getting broken into in this time span.Edit: Management reached out to me after writing this review. They said the person that was shot had been shot off site and a resident brought them back into their apartment. I still think an email explaining the situation would have been appropriate as I’ve been anxious about going outside at night lately due to believing that the apartment was not safe. They told me they fixed the gate and caught the person breaking into cars. I am still unhappy living here, there is no discount on rent when amenities break. Yes, there are “global supply chain issues” but I think deducting a few dollars from rent to compromise for the inconvenience would be fair. As other reviews have said, there is never any parking. They will put a sticker on your driver’s side window if they have an issue with where you parked, this sticker will leave a residue for months. I’ll be moving after my lease ends this year, I’d suggest looking into other places!

Two stars for the community, some great concierges(it will be a hit or a miss but there are great ones), and amenities. Living there was really nice since I didn’t have to deal with management too much. However, after you moved out, dealing with management is absolutely a nightmare. They are hard to reach, slow to reply to email, out of office already at 2pm in the afternoon when you call. No matter how well you cooperated, expect things to go wrong if getting it right requires any sort of communication with them. You really have to treat them like business enemies, so make sure you have evidence for everything otherwise they will charge you whenever they can.

Presidential City!!!! We will miss you!!!!! This complex is a place that my girlfriend and I will never forget. I have been a resident here at Presidential City since 2018. I lived in the Madison Building which is the first building connected to the management office. The first two years living here was AWESOME! Then, I met my amazing girlfriend Kaitlin and we upgraded to a bigger place here at Presidential City. We currently live in the Washington Building until our lease is up in November of this year. Before we depart Presidential City we would like to share our amazing experience living here. Please allow me to share: #1 - Modern design and amenities. The appliances are all brand new and top quality! We have plenty of cabinet space for dishes, groceries and appliances. #2 - Closest space in the living room and bedroom. My girlfriend and I really liked the layout of the apartment and how much room we had for our big winter coats and boots. We didn’t know if a one bedroom could accommodate us, but it was perfect! #3 - The washer/dryer in unit has been a hug win for us as well. It keeps life simple for us with regard to being able quick load of laundry at the convenience of not having to leaving our apartment. #4 - We love out view overlooking the city. It’s awesome in the summertime and even better in the winter when it is snowing outside. #5 - Amenities!!!! If you have not had a chance to go to the pool here at Presidential City then you are truly missing out. The last four years we have basically lived at the pool every spring/summer soaking up the sun and enjoying time with our family and friends. The pools and hot tubs are legit resort-worthy in my book. Let me also take a moment to mention the gym. I work out about 5 days a week and I truly enjoy working out here because I feel like I am in my own private complex where I can workout then shower and head back to my apartment to go about my day. I have no disruptions nor do I feel uncomfortable like some may feel at a large public gym facility. I feel like I am in my own private gym. There are also free classes offered at the gym for yoga, bootcamp, etc. #6 - Finally, the staff at Presidential City. *Concierge = Always upbeat, happy, and really a breath of fresh air. We really enjoy talking to them everyday! *Maintenance team = If we ever needed anything I put in a request and it was taken care of as soon as possible. *Management staff = I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for our family. This has really been a great experience for us! ***Huge shout out to goes too*** Yvette, Elise, Brooke, and Tom!!! I believe you all are a huge reason why Presidential City is the incredible place it is today! Thank you, Joey and Kaitlin

Please do not consider to move in here. The management service is terrible ever in my entire life. I know this apartment rental fee is cheaper than other apartments. If you move in here, you will know why it is cheaper than others. And they will take your whole deposit as their bonus money. Unprofessional service and extremely rude attitude to residents. Plus, they will not take any responsibility even their fault. And they will blame you. Do not expect to get an apologize for their problem at all.

Do not live here. Management is terrible, they do not answer your phone calls so you have to go in-person to talk to anybody. They will charge you huge late fees on rent without emailing you reminders. They will not fix anything in the gym building or pool area despite several complaints. I spent several hours speaking to management about a referral bonus only for them to mess up and give it to the wrong person. I received a discount on rent when I first moved in and they would not give it to me without a fight.

I wouldn’t recommend moving here if you have a car. I spend about 20-30 minutes every day searching for parking after I come home from work. When you pay over $2K for an apartment, you don’t expect this. Also, if you ever call their ph number to reach management, they never pick up.Conceirge and leasing office staff are amazing. However, the property management is really poor. No communication, no concern for residents! Counting days so I can move to a better place.

They let criminals with felonies and active warrants sublease here. I have proof. If you’re looking for a safe environment to raise a family this isn’t the place for you and your loved ones. When it was brought to their attention nothing was done! Very sad and unfortunate!

Highly recommend Presidential City. For the last couple years, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. From the professionalism and genuine care shown by Ryan Perry and Cordairo Taylor, to the swift and timely response of Sekou, I am regularly impressed.Oh! Can’t forget to mention the resort-style Sora pool club anddd the amazing, well-planned resident events. 10/10.

Great luxury feel! Definitely looking forward to renewing my lease. One factor that is under appreciated is the 24 maintenance. My guy Sekou came through in less than 24 to fix an appliance and took only 5 minutes. I have more but I’ll save that for another review.

I have to say..presidential city is one of the best apartments ever!! Patrick in the front desk is amazing and so is Melissa!! Our experience with the apartment, amenities, gym etc has been fantastic so far! And anytime we have any issues, the maintenance guy name Sekou Swaray is always there right away to take pictures and fix the issue right away with a follow up afterwards. Presidential City, keep it up!
