I ordered from this restaurant MULTIPLE times in a row and they always have something missing from within my order. What's more ridiculous is that if you call their restaurant number, no one picks up the phone. I'm not sure if it's protocol to "not" answer the phone there, but if so, that's some stupid protocol (However, I doubt this protocol exists. The simple fact is that the workers are careless and lazy). Please, please, please, please, pleaaase, do not go to this restaurant! Even if you must do it, eat something at home before ordering from this particular Popeyes restaurant located on 4501 Castor Ave.
They serve baby chicken and change full size chicken prices.The store is clean.
I'm giving you 1 star cause of the service I got today. I waited for my order for like 20 minutes the young kids they got working was all playing they was about to give us a wrong order. They was like 8 people working in a small area no mask no gloves no hair net the young manager was playing on his phone and one of the young guys was throwing fries at him. This is ridiculous. So when the girl was trying to give us the wrong order she got a little attitude so we told her we want a refund. Sorry but not Sorry one disappointment customer ☹
They did not have any half-gallon containers and had to give me several large cups, since I ordered the special meal deal, the chicken was OK.
This place is absolutely horrible. The service was awful and disorganized completely. They have no real order of taking orders and doesn't keep up with who is next in line. The chicken wasn't fully cooked on the inside and was cold. Then they try to rush your order as you are placing it. Overall a complete waste of a stop for me and my entire family. Save both your money and time and don't come here at all. Not if you really want some good fully cooked and hot chicken.
I can give 5 start cuz the chicken was good that’s a point for the cooker but the cashier over here it’s not all nice and I always have to go back to get something they missing in my order.

Would love to know why you are cutting pieces in half and counting it as 2 pieces. Tiny pieces of chicken... I know business isnt booming but I should get what I paid for. Then what really burns me up is when I tried to call( trying to avoid leaving a bad review) no one answers the phone.
Excellent service and fresh food. Definitely my favorite popeyes in the city.
I love this Popeyes location but every time that I ordered something is missing either a piece of chicken or an apple pie.
