I came when they were getting ready to close. But, I was still able to get hot chicken that was very crispy and didn't look old. This location never fails to have the best Popeyes chicken!
This was the worst customer service experience I have even had. It’s fast food, so I’m not expecting fine dining customer service, however, the cashier (Jennifer) was very rude and argumentative with me for no reason. I asked for items separately and she proceeded to ring up a dinner combo insisting that it would be cheaper. When I got my receipt, it was actually $.51 more expensive than if she rang it up separately. It’s not about the $.51. It’s about the way she’s in there treating people. I could care less about the money, I’ve never been treated like that in any establishment.
An employee yesterday talk to me really really bad for no reason she asked me if I wanted mild or if I wanted hot and I told her mom she turned around and asked me again I said just told you she said she didn't hear me after that she just talk started talking to me nasty so I got upset and said I didn't want anyting and I left the store because you don't talk to your customers like that because you're upset about whatever went on in your day I'm a nice and I'm a kind person and I can't have anybody talking to me that way so I didn't want anything after that and I left the store because if you have a working like that to talk to customers any kind of way you going to lose out on money big time
I used Ubereats to my immense disappointment. I ordered 8 pieces of fried chicken in which the pieces were immensely small. I felt cheated and disappointed that I spent $21.00 for those small pieces. Additionally- my large fries and lemonade frooze drink was missing. Very disappointed!
I don't usually go to this location because there is no drive-through but the chicken was so fresh at this location I will be coming back. The people wthe people were so very nice
Sandwich and service were great. Big line of folks waiting on fries. Fortunately I noticed and didn’t order any.
I love Popeye's chicken but I won't be eating it again. I was shocked to see a sign saying caution Sodium Warning. I asked the counter person, what does the warning sign mean? She said, our chicken is high in salt. That's Bad for Hypertension.
Very unprofessional slow line & rude staff. Came here 11/24/21 for an interview and everyone just acted dumb. No one knew I was coming how SWAY?
The food is always good, however, they need to open up the dining area so people can sit in. Broad and Champlost Street opened up their dining area so I why can't they open up they're Dining area. This is pure laziness. They're taking this covid restrictions thing way too far. You can sit in and dine in any other five star restaurant but this little hole in the wall still making it inconvenient for you to sit in and enjoy your food.
Staff was very nice, the food was hot no complaints.
