My doordash delivery driver was the best part about my order! Thank you! However my Popeyes order was definitely packed by a**holes. I order the Surf and Turf...we had a lot of chicken in the box with 3 little pieces of shrimp. Wow really? The Mac and Cheese was cold and tasted like it was 3 days old. The nerve! Lastly my fries were put in the bag with no box! Yes I said my fries were put in a bag with no box! Grease was coming through the bag! Why ask why?!!! I hate the Broad Street Popeyes with a passion! I only like the Popeyes on Cheltenham...they actually have common sense! Sorry not sorry! JUST SHUT THIS PLACR DOWN ALREADY...LOL
Service was amazing!!! A while back or so the management wasn’t up to par… I’m not sure if they got some new managers or not but ever since this place has been great. There’s always a line but that just tells you how good the food is. My order is never wrong and always hot. This is close to my house and I really enjoy this location and it’s friendly environment!
Great customer service, very kind & friendly. Food was prepared quickly even with a rush with the restaurant being packed with other customers. Seems as though all of the staff were very high-spirited & full of energy to get to every customer that they could & prepare their orders efficiently. Seems to be doing way better than before.
Wow! What an amazing guy Abdullah is! This new management is really cool. I loved Their attitude and the customer service. I've been this Popeyes a lot. Sometimes i felt they really don't care of us. This is the first time I'm feeling so precious. Mr Abdullah is handling everything with such a nice behaviour and bright smile. This young guy is an asset for the restaurant. Nicest guy I've ever met. 10/10. Would give him my first Born child?
It may be the best chicken sandwich in town, but the fish sandwich they could've left off the menu.After waiting since last year to get one ,. I was very disappointed in the appearance and the taste of the sandwich.it was dry and not tasty at all. I'll stick with the chicken and I hope they never bring the fish back. Twenty dollars wasted oh I bought (4).
Its always a line, somethime ita take u 20- 30 mins to place an order.. the production team wanting sync with one another,causing me to have to ask..wheres my food!
Everytime i go my chicken is always fresh and hot my rice and beans was warm but other wise its my go to spot ?
Food was okay. This location is very dirty. The workers need to be more friendly and give less of an attitude. Since drinks and utensils are on their side of window, I asked nicely for my drink they had forgotten. The worker had an attitude, when I asked for a straw with it. She rolled her eyes and just tossed it under the window at me instead of my hand. I won't be back at this location.
I swear every time I come to this location there’s this hippo looking thing that takes my order and I’m always polite and pleasant when placing my order and she just seems to always give me attitude. Idk if it’s because she hates how she look or what. The floor is always dirty af sauce, napkins and receipts all over the place. Then, they give you these crusty nuggets, literally nothing but skin. They need to just shut this location down asap
I had the worst experience here that fat black old lady in there is the worst all the young girls in there area all over the place no order is every ready it takes 10 mins to get your food now it cost 57 cents for any sauce this place need help maybe a better manger and better employee
