The fried chicken here are really delicious!!! It's my favorite place if I'm craving for fried chicken!However, the wait time was a bit long for the drive-thru. I had to wait for 15 minutes today to place my order and another 8 minutes to get my chicken. I'm not sure whether it's because during this Covid time, there are still a great shortage of workers in all the fields. I had to wait for about 30 minutes last time for the drive- through order 3 weeks ago.
This is one of the worse establishments in the area. Not only do you have to wait extremely long for your food, it's rare that they have the food your craving. Sold out they say.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! This location never cools the chicken all the way. They pile the chicken in the fryer and you have huge chunks of uncooked mushy coating and chicken. Especially in the corners of the chicken. Its unbelievable that they don't know they should move the chicken around to ensure thoroughly cooked and crispy chicken! Every time I think Okay I'll try them again I get half fried half shake in bake chicken. I tired to call and no one answered. I want my money back pronto! Disgusting and the red bean and rice is terrible!

Went today at opening and the worker was extremely nice. We ordered 3 spicy and 1 regular chicken sandwich. They were all perfect and very fresh.
Just left there. I’m a ice eater. Munching on a piece of ice and out of nowhere I taste mint… spit it out and there chewed up pieces of gum in my drink. Nerdy looking Indian boy made my drink. Don’t go there.
I feel like they don't pay attention I did not get my full order and I was too far gone to turn back and this is not the first time this happened.

Chicken was very hard and it tasted like it was chicken fun the day before and they just preheated it. That's a shame I spent close to $40 because my dad that day had surgery and he was craving for this chicken and couldn't even eat it because it was hard....
