No complaints from me with this location. My food always been fresh.
Im a regular customer here and just spend $ 40 buck worth of food without any hesitation. I asked for extra Megan Stallion sauces and they told me sorry its only for the sandwich (which I did order Megan Stallion chicken combo and wanted extra sauce on the side). I informed the cashier, if anything i pay for it. They keep telling me sorry ??.
Cashier lady was extremely rude at 9:56pm on 12/22/2021. She was laughing through the intercom and was very abrupt. The only items available were spicy chicken sandwich fries and mild chicken, no tenders. I couldn’t even get just an 8 piece mild chicken by itself!!! Worst fast food experience I’ve had. The owner or regional manager needs to retrain the entire staff and manager on duty. I worked at chick Fil A for 3 years. Worked with Aramark for 4 years then a food and beverage manager for 6 years. This restaurant In particular is an embarrassment.
The popeyes on 2743 s. Front street doesn't sell the new fish sandwich. They dont advertise the sandwich enough anywhere and every store doesn't have it or so they say. The ones that do make you wait 10 minutes and it's worth it but they should have a system where you can mobile pay in advance for the fish sandwich and don't have to wait so long. It's a win winRemember me when you make this happen. Lol
Gave me a sandwich missing a whole bun. Like seriously how high do you have to be to make a sandwich with literally three things and forget one of them. Employees are d**ckheads and so are the owners for employing those bums. If you can’t make a sandwich right your probably not gonna get far in life. Smh straight bozos
Staff rude , forgets things on order , charges for extra 1 sauce , and gave a pizza cup for the lemonade . This the “ ghetto-est “ Popeyes ever . I can’t .
Drive thru only and extremely slow. Did mobile order and when I pulled up 40mins later, they didn't even start my order yet. Don't bother using mobile order here.
Chicken sandwich and fries wasn't hot or fresh. Strawberry lemonade was good ?

Poor customer service from the , Drive -Thru workers and the shift manager on duty at the store when I have visited. Poor work ethics all of the workets needs to be re-trained. Your food is never correctly order by the customer request! My food order is always wrong and my food is constantly cold. I will tell people to do not trust this store.
