Strange encounter at the register today. Took my order and money but no receipt was given!After a 20 minute wait I went up to see where the food was. They told me the order didn't go through! Meanwhile the cashier who served us was piling up food to eat in the dining area?! Nothing was said to us by her as the other worker put our food together in a few minutes and we were free from that nutty place! Always overcharged at Popeyes,! I promise to never walk through those doors again! That's Woodland Ave in Philly! Can't believe folks pay so much for so little! How does this place stay open with so many poor reviews?!
poor customer service, the employees cuss like there no one waiting on food and manager is in ear shot of all of it, but I think he just as bad
We sat in drive thru for a half hour . I couldn't understand why food take long at this location if you can avoid this store . Slow service & if your feeding your kids forget it
The staff that are on right now at 3:38 p.m. on March 10th 2022 is on point at this location! I've received two curbside orders in the past 10 minutes and they were just incredibly fast, accurate, and just awesome! I couldn't get a hold of anyone to say there was a mistake in my mobile order so I asked a guy that was running an order to someone else. He heard everything, confirmed the upcharge for what I wanted, took note of it in his head and as quickly as he went in someone else was coming out with my large order assuring me that he had already made the change for me. This place is killing it right here. To top it off I tried to tip the second Popeyes associate and he stopped me even though I was assuring him I was giving him enough for everyone inside and said that they can't be tipped they could be fired. YAASS TO PEOPLE TAKING PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO! Literally adding them to my personal shopping business zone as we speak.
I deliver for UberEats and i have to stand outside for the food for 10-15 mins and nobody comes to the door to help us. Its the manager the most. Alot of times the workers will loook at you but not respond then the customer complains like I was in the wrong.
Recently I went to the Popeye's on 52nd and Woodland Ave. Food good, service great; however, the tax was outrageous. I had a coupon for $4.99 no drink, but my bill was $5.97. They charged me 98 cents.Just letting the public, be advised
I work across the street the young guy that's a manager his mouth is nasty and he needs attitude adjustment or work somewhere else and it's always cars around the block it's only chicken and couple of sides it's not hard to get ppl out the drive thru so iam so confused on why the owner will such a person working as manager and can get your food out and I have to wait an half an hour just to get chicken it's not cool and it's always like this and I watch the crew ppl moving slow and playing around and I don't know why this store is not open to the public because the others ones are..I will be contacting the who owners.. and if they do not nothing I will be going to higher ppl in line and trust I have they number on speed dial..please fix it

The service was good, employees courteous. I found that the chicken was cooked very well especially the thighs it was well done. Normally is not cooked around the bone but this time this chicken was excellent
Chicken was dry, food was packaged in different boxes when my 3 piece & biscuit should've been all in one box. Instead I was charged for 1 thigh & a biscuit, 2 drums & 2 biscuits, my chicken strips was also dry, the girl taken orders in drive-thru was inpatient & rushy
